Les Brown can run that 4.5
He just has to build on his blocking ability and catching. Strengthen that guy up and do not let Bellicheck get him. Bill will monster that cat up.

Granted, I don't think Philbin will have what it takes to stay as HC, I mean his lack of tolerance on swearing is kind of ridiculous. but what the hell do I know about being a head coach?
