Ravens cut Chris Carr

If I'm not mistaken Carr was out last target before we turned to Rogers. At the very least he would push Brock for the #3 role. I would love to get Carr at a cheap deal.

my thoughts exactly. Then have Curtis Holcomb and a late round draft pick of this year compete for the #5 spot in training camp. If we dont re-sign Rogers I would like it if our CBs looked like this.

Brown - Culliver - Carr/Brock - Brock/Carr - Holcomb/rookie

I'd rather sign Brandon Carr if he's cheaper than or the same price as Rogers.

Brandon Carr should get more money than Rogers. He has youth and a similar skill set on his side.

We play both. So does KC, who also runs a 3-4. They played hard press-coverage on Green Bay all day when they beat them.

We should take a serious look at Carr as a nickel CB....signing him and starting Culliver/Brown would be much cheaper than re-signing Rogers. Not to mention, Carr is a solid special teamer.
