Curry would not be a good fit for a 3-4 OLB at all. He isn't a pass rusher. Maybe for 1st and 2nd downs? But hed probably project better to the inside of a 3-4.

I'll take him, he can run water bottles out to bowman during tv timeouts

Agreed. This guy played about 50 college games at wake forest and had less than 10 sacks, he isnt a pass rusher, hes got a bull rush that doesnt get to the qb thats about it

lulz i remeber that too smh. Who drafts a 4-3 OLB in the top 5? dumbass seattle.

Technically Willis projected slightly better as a 4-3 OLB than ILB. Of course we took him at 11 and don't utilize the 4-3 though, but regardless, had he been picked 1st overall by the Raiders he probably still would have been a perennial All-Pro OLB there, BUT, he could probably play just about any linebacker position in either scheme and be equally dominant.
Another popular draft selection in the Zone. Thank God we didn't waste a pick on him.
How bout we trade for him. Could he rush the passer?

He would play Bowmans position... and with the way Bowman's been playing he'd be a backup at best on this team.
I see the eagles trading for him and let him transition to inside backer.

What would they give up? 4th maybe 3rd?

sounds like a solid trade. man i thought curry was going to be special. but he is not built to be a pass rusher.
didn't play, lol
People out there still think this guy has the goods, just in the wrong team. If he becomes available should the 9ers look at him? I really dont see it, but then I dont watch any Hawks game unless they are playing the 9ers.

He's better suited as a 3-4 OLB.

I would love to get a crack at grabbing him if he's released

He'd be a great backup to Willis and Bowman!

I just can't see where he'd be an upgrade anywhere on this team.
