I dont see how this is an upgrade they are the same player IMO.
Lewis and Mays both suck at Coverage.

I think it will be Reggie Smith. They just wanted more speed at the position and I think Smith gives them that without the rookie liability from Mays. Matt Ryan and his WRs can throw the ball and come after you quick, like last year's game. I doubt very much the coach would put Mays in there, no matter how athletic he is.

why because we benched a player who was getting burned for a younger play who is one of the fastest SS in the league and has great potential. ur right we should have just kept doing that we were doing great

INT's are great, but you put a hit on a guy like that, he'll be alligator handing every catch over the top for the rest of the game. I'll take the penalty to put the fear of god in a WR. Every single time. That was one of Ronnie Lott's strategies that got lost along the way in football.
