They had a pretty decent one in Darnold but went super cheap on him for an unproven player who I thought didnt have any business goin the first. this is completely on the Vikings F.O.
no excuse to not pay Darnold at that time. He just won you 14 games. you dont just throw that away for something completely unknown and Unproven. Dude didnt even practice that first year cause he was hurt.
Completely agree and now that QB is #3 lol. I'm surprised they didn't go after Mac.

people are so fast to crown others in the league - a few years ago everyone tried to say Love, Stroud, Daniels, Herbert etc were way better than Brock.
LeFluer should be on the hot seat but he isn't a bad coach. He isn't a championship coach though, IMO.
I wouldn't mind that, one less guy on the market to keep teams away from Raheem Morris.
But I doubt he is on the hot seat, he'd get another head coaching job in the next cycle if they did fire him.

our division is insane. If the cards are even a .500 team - that might be the greatest division in history. idk what that one is but 3 legit super bowl contenders and a tough .500 team... that's brutal.
I think total wins, its '84 AFC West - but that was 5-team division (Broncos (13), Seahawks (12), Raiders (11), Chiefs (8), Chargers (7))
Current structure - 2022 NFC East
Honorabe mention 2013 NFC West
Notable -2023 AFC North and 2024 NFC North had all four teams with winning record.
Arguably, in the Super Bowl era, the toughest division (top to bottom) over the entire span is probably NFC East - even the old St. Louis Cardinals under Coryell had some playoff teams.
