Most of those guys have suffered catastrophic injuries that set them back a year. Do you really wanna break it down to the year-by-year numbers?

I think Nunn is an improving player and Monk could be a real deal baller in this league. Monk needs to find himself again. Something happened in that organization where he was just lost. I also hope the strong personality on our team doesn't overpower him and just completely gets lost. One thing I do like about our vets they like to coach these young kids up.

KD had 1 catastrophic injury. Missed 72 game season in 2019-2020. That still means he missed same number of games as AD.

Kyrie - not sure he had a catastrophic injury.

Steph didn't have one

Kawhi had one - but again - he's played 61 games less.

PG had one - so he's the only one on this list that can argue that he would have played significantly more games than AD

Also - AD was held out for about 20 games in his last year with NOLA bc of trade demand. So, before this latest season - he missed 7,7, approx 6 (20-21 games were healthy scratch), and 10 games.

So, in the last 4 years (not counting the one where he didn't get an offseason) - he missed 30 games due to injury or load management.

Lakers just announced Russell Westbrook will have his introductory presser on Tuesday at 1pm. Looks like Rob Pelinka and Frank Vogel will talk as well.
