They didn't look that bad today. You can not forget that they played with 10 men for almost an hour and had some very good chances to tie the game. I think they know that they were the better team than serbia and would not have lost if they played with 11 men for 90 minutes. I think the confidence of the german team should be ok, so imo they are absolutely able to beat Ghana in the last match.
If Germany beat Ghana, are they guaranteed to qualify? Ghana, Serbia and Germany could easily finish with 6 points each.
1st tie breaker is goal differential and Germany is +3 as it is, Germany controls their own destiny unless Ghana and Serbia beat Australia 4-0 too
