Is he any good at setting edges or is he a one trick pony? We just need him to be a good pass rusher but he isn't going to be able to blow by NFL OTs every game. I hope he balls

They probably have no plans of giving these older guys second contracts.

He's a designated pass rusher. Unless the 49ers transition to a 5-man surface and find a way to put him on the field at SAM or something, which is possible--he's only going to be on the field when it's time to get the QB. Think the Dee Ford role.
