His speed and burst do jump off the film. I like his energy and effort.

The Huff replacement essentially.
I like Height, but if this is real, how is Cashius Howell not #1? That guy plays like a rabid dog.

The last time the 9ers drafted one of my guys I was rooting to be a 9er s**t the bed in Drake Jackson. Man I remember getting all excited the 9ers drafted him. This time, I'll wait to be excited about this pick until he actually plays well.
Alright some time has passed... I was worried about his size...but some comparisons to who you hope he can come close to, production wise.

Romello Height - 6'2 3/4" 239lbs arm length 32 1/4"

Combine measurements
Von Miller- 6'2 5/8" 246lbs arm length 33 1/2"
Micah Parsons- 6-3 1/8" 246lbs arm length 31 1/2"

And other measurements are similar...

Big Trent will have him the best he can possibly be.

Adding a pass rusher was a clear priority for the San Francisco 49ers entering the 2026 NFL Draft. Many projections had the team targeting an edge defender with its initial first selection at No. 27 overall.
Is this true that the priority was regarded as high as round 1?

I like this pick a lot. Good value at this point of the draft. The team needs a speed pass rusher on third downs situations. He's explosive. I don't care about the age. Drake Jackson was super young and he has never really improved. The Rams drafted a 25 years old Byron Young and the guy is a pro bowler. I don't know if Height will get to that level but at least I see the vision. I think it makes ton of sense. He was terrific in his last season with Texas Tech.

My thinking exactly. I also liked Parker.
Watching more and more videos of him, I'm starting to like the pick alot more.
Holy S. I listened to podcasts just destroying this guy all lead up to the draft. And we picked him?!?!?
wow!!!!!

he's a 25 year old 6 year college journeyman and some people here like him?

if Seattle had picked him we would be clowning them for this pick!!
This isn't mine but it's good, this guy is the edge version of Ricky Pearsal.

This one could be good. 1 out of 3 at least makes sense.
