George Kittle on the offense today:
— Coach Yac 🗣 (@Coach_Yac) November 10, 2025
"We started the game off with a punt, a fumble, a 4th down turnover, a touchdown and a punt… Our team is going to have to rely on a really good veteran offense to score a lot of points and not turn the ball over, and we didn't do that today.… pic.twitter.com/0K34aW3mFp

I'm surprised he'd call out Mac Jones like that, but he's absolutely right.

Exactly!
Still a lotta football left to be played
LAR and SEA...one will win the division and one will probably take a WC spot.
Yeah - you can pretty much book that. Green Bay/Detroit similar scenario with NFC North. That pretty much leaves a dogfight for the last WC spot with Chicago, Carolina, and SF in the mix. A Bears' loss to NYG would have really helped out. Don't know if the 49'er defense can hold up enough, but SF is in good shape for now with the conference record.
Win the last spot then go to LA Det or Sea in the first round. That sounds like fun

Gotta be like lions last year when most of their starters on defense was out at the end of the year.

The rooks would be ecstatic to be in a playoff (win or lose)... whoever else too, like Bethune. They gotta taste it man, don't try to spoil it for them with bad juju / jinx

JJ too and anyone, maybe even himself... I don't think he really means to throw anyone under the bus, but facts are if they don't score 30 + we're probably not winning against a good offensive teams unless their defense stinks like ours
Maybe he's calling out or defense w/out calling out our defense

Smell your own junk lol
Was thinking the exact same thing. He's the jokester and majority of the team doesn't even like it.

I don't blame Mac Jones for the L today. He did more than enough to win this football game. I blame these 3 individuals:

John Lynch, Jed York and Robert Saleh for starting Luke Gifford.

Gaining turnovers has been a failed operation for the defense all season long. 6 fumbles recovered and only 1 INT.
If he isn't calling out the defense, he should. Of course, we have a lot of rookies and relatively inexperienced guys out there so a lot of the problem is just that - inexperience.

The margin for error is too small for the 49ers right now to run with the good teams. Lose the turnover battle lose, lose the penalty battle lose, play poor on special teams lose... Etc...
The loss is not even on Mac Jones. The team buried themselves in the first quarter and does not even know how to run the hurry up or adjust to get more possessions through clock management.
If they play perfectly against better teams they still can lose, whereas the rams have enough talent to make up for getting sloppy. Same with the Seahawks, lions, eagles... Those are true sb contender teams.
