Was thinking the exact same thing. He's the jokester and majority of the team doesn't even like it.

If smelling your own junk means reading your press clippings, then I've been away from parties and the streets too long... I can go back to the projects and spill a forty at a graveyard for the homies, but instead, I'll take lessons from Bourne for slang 101 in 2025

The division is out for the 49irs. Too many injuries on the D. Kittle is right, the offense has to run effectively and smoothly and they are not doing that. Defense wins championships I believe so even if the 49irs make it as a wildcard, they are one and done. They'll win because of their schedule but not against better than average teams because currently they are not better than average. It is what it is and I feel bad for them but until they become the 49ers and not the 49IR's they just are an average team.

It's a shame. Superbowl is at Levi's . I had high hopes we'd be there at the beginning of the season. 6-4, third place in the division, this short season is all but lost. I think the FO, Lynch and Shanahan know that as well. They will have to retool again next year without Saleh probably. It's a cycle that never ends.

I'm surprised he'd call out Mac Jones like that, but he's absolutely right.

Called Mac out? I did not hear anything near that. Mac did a great job today.

The refs are not the main reason we lost but it is highly suspicious for any game where there are zero penalties called on a team in a league that says "holding happens every play", it is an offensive league, New York office reviews, etc. I assume stats and reviews show the refs just refuse to call penalties that happen by the team with zero.

I seen multiple DPI's today that were not called but even if they are called what a 7 point loss?

There's a good chance Seattle or LA could be hoisting a Lombardi on our field. It'll be the second for either franchise this century, while we are 0-3 and haven't lifted one in 30 years 😂
Quite a beatdown, though not quite as bad as the final score seemed to indicate. They had their chances to stay in it but had some costly errors. The biggest problem is that all of the injuries on defense are becoming too hard to overcome. There was no pass rush again at all, and if you give Stafford time to throw, he's going to kill you, which he did. Plus, after the way they lost last time, I just think McVay had that team primed and ready to go. I mean they looked like they were on a mission out there today.

I'm wondering if maybe the time has come to start Lucas at the nickel corner spot. Stout's got game, but Lucas has more experience and just always seems to be a factor when he's on the field. Luckily, they have some games coming up that, on paper anyway, look like they might be a bit more manageable if the offense can keep it going. I thought Jones, CMC, Jennings and Kittle all showed up to play today, so maybe they'll go on a little run and stack up some more wins. Go Niners!

Refs gave the Rams DBs the Pete Carroll treatment today

Probably B considering how tough the Rams offense is and our offense repeatedly hanging them out to dry with 3 and outs, failed 4th down conversions, and turnovers.

No a C. Terrible tackling terrible coverage. Drop back 7 and guys wide open on 2-3 second drop backs

Not Jennings lol he's a liability. They need to limit his production going forward and throw to someone else.
