Great post Fro! We're probably the same age because I feel exactly the same.

Super proud, they laid it out there and that's all you can ask!

Hell yeah, cheers to all you guys out there rooting for the team along with me. Even my 5 year old daughter knows who #19 is now. Looking forward to next year. Bills/Niners SB!

It was a crazy season with many ups and downs. We we're one or two steps away from our fairytale ending. I just hope no one mentions a "revenge tour" we know how that went.

Meh. I'll be proud of the team that wins it all in the end (if I'm alive by then to see it). Too much losing over the last ~30 years for me to hand out pats on the head anymore.

Them beating the Cowboys was great. Everything after was icing on the cake.

Overachieved with heart. Rams store bought talent was too much.

I mean, come on now.
I remember fans bagging on the team 1995-1998 for losing in the playoffs. Little did they know there would be only *TWO* playoff appearances from 1999-2010.
Dark times for sure.

Two losses to the putrid Seahawks and overrated cards and look where they ended up. One game away. They finished strong. CB and QB upgrade, right back in the fray.

Really fun season, probably overachieved a little bit in the playoffs.
Looking forward to another run next year.
Being one of the last four standing I really don't have any complaints.
I have a beautiful wife of 20 years, great children and a good job, I don't live and die by a football team.
Tips on how to find a beautiful wife? 34 and still looking…at least I have a beautiful motorcycle and 2 cats

On topic how can you not be proud of this squad? Almost made the SB on pure will alone. I dont think theres a person on that team, coaching staff or organization period that isn't ride or die. Also need to shoutout the fanbase…the faithful were super legit this year and showed what true fan passion is. Bet those rams players wished their fans were as diehard as niner fans are.

It hurts, but, not that bad. Again, maybe it is because I am older, but, I have to tell you that we have been playing with house money for the better part of two months.
And boy did we gamble. And boy did we win. We sent home the Cowboys and the Packers. With both occurring before their fans.
And we did it with Jimmy G. Jimmy G is the gunslinger who has probably fewer bullets in his gun then he thinks he has. You get the good, you get the border line crazy good throw, but you also get the bad, and you get the ugly. But, he got us there. We needed more. He could not deliver. I reckon that Jimmy will net us a pick or two, and I bet they are higher than most think. Nonetheless, his time is over. Thank you. Jimmy.
But now the big gamble takes center stage. Now it is Trey's time.
In final summation, it is easy to get mad at one guy, but we had bonehead s**t going on all game. Tartt and Ward come to mind. But s**t, nobody is perfect. At the end of the day, we, as a team, did not finish the deal. And that is all there really is to it.
I need time off to decompress. So do you. You know I love you. Go home. Hug your loved ones, play with the dog or cat, or love the one you are with, and drive safely.
I'll see you next season.
Adios.
Geoff
Well said. Agree 100%.

Just hope we will be able to keep players for next season. Some of our good depth I believe are FA.
