I paid $100 for a Jimmy G jersey. Not going to give up on him yet. Both years he was healthy, he balled out and we won. Winning % doesn't lie.

We need a burner on our offense to open things up.

According to the haters, 2017 doesn't count. And since he was hurt in 2018 and 2020, he's only played in 1/3rd of our meaningful games. Lol.

But I agree with you. I have his jersey and I bought one for my 2 year old daughter who can clearly answer that "Jimmy Garoppolo" is her favorite quarterback.

Unless Watson wants to be a Niner, the best and most realistic scenario is to roll with Jimmy for one more year, draft a top flight DB at pick 12 and use our 2nd or 3rd round pick on a project QB. As long as we have an insurance policy on Jimmy that's better than Mullens/Beathard, we should be a playoff team next year.

As much as we all want Kyle to get his elite franchise QB of the future, this just isn't looking like the offseason that it will happen.
