Very possible I'm serious!!!
But 49ers would be without draft picks for the next 50 years!!
world is ending in a couple years

Wait things out for the season. May have to consider Matty Ice if he becomes available.

Thanks to Paraag, the Niners can get out from Jimmy's contract after this season. The cap hit in 2021 will be $2.8M and $1.4M in 2022. They will need to draft the best QB they can get to. They'll need to make a trade for Ryan or outbid NE for Cam. Those are two vets who'd be a lot better than anyone we have now. Jimmy isn't physically or mentally ready to be on the field...you can see it in his body language, his eyes. His high ankle sprain hasn't healed enough for him to play...but it's on the mental side I think he's hurting the most. I see a big lack of confidence when he's played this year, before and after his ankle sprain. He just doesn't seem at all like the guy we saw in 2019. That just won't work. Coach will need to get off the "he's our guy" mentality to the realization Jimmy most likely won't be his franchise QB. I know that's a bitter pill to swallow, but in this league, if you stand still, teams will simply pass you up. If you show signs of weakness, opponents will exploit them. Set forth a plan to fix those weaknesses, starting with the QB position. Next is the OL...it's time to invest in it via the draft. Hopefully, Richburg can come back and contribute this season...he's the brains of the OL and they miss him a ton. With his injury history, though, you still draft one of the top C's next April. Same with OG and OT. McGlinchey's play is regressing, not progressing. Brunskill's best position is arguably OT. Same is true for rookie McKivitz...give him a shot. 2020 may be a season Coach has to give the youngsters their shots so he can make better decisions moving forward. Getting by "on the cheap" on their OL only seems to work for Seattle, but they have Russell Wilson. We don't have that luxury.

Cut dead weight...bench or deactivate.
Play and develop players that we are going to keep.
Play all aggressive see who wants it.
Find our QB that can lead this team

1. Do what I can to trade for Ryan Kerrigan
2. Sign Clay Matthews
3. Bench Brunskill for Tom Compton
4. Trade Dante Pettis for a CB
5. Sign Leveon Bell who was just released
7. Bench Jimmie Ward or install him at NCB and move Tavarious Moore to FS.
8. Where white jerseys all the time cause that's the jersey that will give us luck when they beat the Rams this Sunday!!

I tell Jimmy that when he gets back, I'm going to let him feel the game and call plays, and If I feel I need to step in, I will.
I think Jimmy can lead. I really do. He has great intangibles, and I think Kyle wanting to control every part is also part of his weakness.

Good leadership, is teaching, training, but then allowing them to go and trust them even though they may do it differently to get it done.

If I were the head coach I would stay out of the draft room and let the experts do their job. No more drafting guys who aren't on the draft board, trading picks to get 'my guy', and saving mid round picks for depth instead of punters...
