I'm a firm believer in the biggest hole the team has needed to fill has been QB and they still have a gap there. Therefore thats going to be my only opinion here. That and I'm lazy

I'm torn between cutting all QB's on the roster not named Jimmy then drafting a QB high in the draft to see of he can push/replace Jimmy in 2021.

I just don't think that I've seen out of both of the backups warrants keeping either. Experiments over

Or, since Jimmy is apparently cap friendly hit, cut all three QB's and draft the best WB we can draft. Then maybe see if we can grab Winston somehow and let's see more out of this spot. I can't take the mediocrity anymore.

There is not much you can do. It's a lost year. I hope we get a high draft pick and have a better 2021. Too many injuries at very key positions. Plus lacking at certain other positions.
Chop off my head and jump out the windo
Find a replacement for Emmanuel Sanders, until you do, offense will never recover.

Some of you clearly didn't read the OP or ignored the part where OTC underlined these decisions have to be made NOW. The things you're talking about doing are clearly offseason decisions.
Meet with Jed and tell him to pay the refs more than the opposing teams.

We have two blue chippers in Deebo and Aiyuk - no need for an upgrade. We need our QB to get healthy and OL to play better.
Looking at the Jets schedule. They are going 0-16 or 1-15.

I'm calling them in week 7 when they are 0-7 about Sam Darnold. We can help you get Lawrence, just trade us Darnold.

ESPN put out an article this week surveying GMs. They think he will fetch between a 2nd and 4th round pick.

Why do you want Darnold - he's horrible?

You think Sam Darnold is horrible? Why is that?

I see a 23 year old drafted by an inept organization with an inept coaching staff. I see a kid making plays without much talent around him.

The kid has the ability to be great. He hasn't had the support from the organization to be great.

He's also a fluid QB. Can escape from the pocket and gain yards with his legs. Something 0 of our 3 QBs can do.

Most importantly. HE'S 18 MILLION DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN JIMMY!!

We could use this money to resign Warner, Tart, Kwaun, DJ jones.
O line. End discussion.
Fellas, relax! Just a few months ago the 49ers were in the SB. Not much roster and coaches have changed! What's the biggest difference? INJURIES and INJURIES!

Not much the 49ers or any teams can do! Don't make dumb trades or decisions because of INJURIES! The 49ers roster are still young and talented! They just need to ride this out until next year! It's for the best!
This injury bug will pass. Once it does, hello SB!
Fire myself because I am in no way qualified to run the organization.
