Nobody knows. Oh, there were lots of "insider reports" throwing out "this number, that number, and the other thing." But none of it was based on a quotable source. Combine those reports with two years of more "insider reporting" that the Raiders badly wanted to sign JJ and you will be served up a steaming, hot bowl of jack squat. The only thing we know, as 49er fans, is that JJ is still a FA and is apparently not coming back to SF.
The following is clearly written by JJ's agent. You will just love the last line. JJ is represented by Drew and Jason Rosenhaus of Rosenhaus Sports.

Up to that amount, according to the reports I read. Which means his contract may be loaded with incentives. I wonder what the actual base pay is.

He played mostly well as usual, although some poor routes and more drops led to picks last year.

Should've taken the deal. I wouldn't have minded keeping him but we needed more speed and he made it clear he didn't really wanna be here anyway unless we wildly overpaid him.

It's $8M with the chance to get up to $13M.

per nfl network

with the former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver agreeing to terms on a one-year deal worth $8 million with the Minnesota Vikings, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported on Thursday night. The deal has a chance to make Jennings up to $13 million with incentives.

Agree 💯% he lost basically 4 million for going to the Vikings. I wonder if he's having second thoughts.
Good.

I won't have to keep hearing that we have to bring back a slow receiver that can't beat man coverage and that is nothing more than a #3.

Does this help our comp formula still?
Bummer, it's a shame he didn't take the deal we offered before last season. I don't know if either old man Evans or Kirk are actually better than him at this stage in their careers.
