What do they mean they voided his guarantees? What does that mean? How much money did they void? How much money do we get back? You can just void a guys deal because he gets hurt?
They are making bold declarations in the media. Without any specific details. This is very murky right now.

It's crazy that everyone here is always calling for firing the strength and conditioning staff yet is mad at BA for choosing to handle his rehab with his own team of world renowned experts rather than rely on the team's training staff.

Pure speculation but feels like there was already some beef with how the superbowl ended
What was the supposed beef? They did extend him afterwards. I just wonder what has happened more recently to where he's stopped showing up altogether. Usually after guys get paid things get better but apparently not in this case.

They don't pay premium for WR, he's going to demand premium.
Oh thanks to teh football gods
If there's any trade possibility (I don't know anything)... Dolphins could really use him (Hill may not return)
If no trade and he gets to go where he wants, I could see Jerruh / Cowboys throw unnecessary amounts of cash in his face

I don't know. It's all very murky at the moment. Kyle and John clearly didn't even know about Paraag going over their heads to claw back the guaranteed money.
It feels a little dysfunctional to have a non-football guy, who just happens to be the right hand man of the owner, making a lot of decisions that impact the team without discussing those things with the GM or HC.

Why would you release him?

Do you have a link saying PM made this move over John and Kyle's wishes?

Disaster after disaster with the decision making of this team.

What exactly do we have to be happy about?
It's one disaster after another with this team
The team I've loved for over 40 years is in contention for a Super Bowl year after year, injuries seem to be the only way to derail the team, yet this year they have a winning record DESPITE injuries to some of their most important players, their HC seems to be able to pull about any QB off the scrap heap and turn him into a starting grade NFL QB, we regularly receive comp picks for the coaches who leave, despite them simply riding Kyle's coattails. That's what I have to be happy about, You obviously have nothing to be happy about, and for some reason that is another reason I'm happy.
Well you can be happy with coming in 2nd place and losing two leads in the SB. I want to see another championship. 1994 has been too long.
You will be happy with comp. picks that we waste and participation medals for losing and 4 winning records in the past 8 years. You are happy with mediocrity. And that makes me happy.

My prediction is packers or bills
Just trade him to the jets for a 7th round pick

Maybe the Dorks getting involved too. They want their money back. It wouldn't surprise me. He was definitely way over paid anyway. He likely won't continue here. Not for the long run. The injury was devastating. Multiple tears. He may never be the same.

I also wonder why they would leak this. Keep it in house and try to trade him instead of just releasing him. Just odd

They kind of had to, this has been going on since training camp and kept it under wraps. Then reporters are saying they don't ever even see him anymore.

You would think if a head coach is a former WR, he would know who to draft and how to scout both skill wise and character. This would explain Jennings holding out months ago as he knew where the leverage was.

According to the report, they voided it do to skipped meetings and declining to participate in team activities, asserting that the absences amounted to a failure to fulfill his contractual obligations. If the report of him not fighting back with the NFLPA is true, then it is likely true. Really strange we haven't heard anything about this until this point.

That's it, he hates this fanbase and wants to bounce... he'll prolly go to Queefs, Cowboys or a rival just to f**k with us
