I'm not trading Aiyuk for pennies on the dollar. You had the tough negotiations last offseason that hurt us and he's signed. You paid him for a reason.

He's easily our best WR in years and even when rusty he was key to helping our offense. Guys come back from injuries all the time. He's only 26 years old with modern science and rehab methods.

You don't leave the team devoid of talent when this WR class isn't even very good. Would be a super reactionary and bad move to trade him.
You value Aiyuk way more than I do,I see him as an above average WR that greatly benefitted from the talent around him.

He's a huge diva coming off a serious injury and may never be the same and will probably never come remotely close to living up to his contract the bad move was not moving on from him last year.

I don't get the huge diva thing. When did we have any problems with BA before the contract stuff last year? He never complained about not getting the ball enough. He never causes issues off the field. He blocked his ass off and he always ran his routes without being lazy.

People need to disassociate the contract stuff with the rest of what he's done for us. I get it, it's hard to see a guy who talked all that "I'm a Lambo/Ferrari" talk and seeing him play like a Corolla then get into an accident….

Lots of uncertainty with a serious injury but if you put the contract and injury aside and just look at the film you see a guy who is right up there with some of the best in the game in route running, blocking and playing the overall game. On a team that would feed him the ball 150+ times a season he's putting up killer numbers.

You see a guy benefiting from the talent around him, I see a guy who isn't producing as much cuz of that talent and our ability to spread the ball around. I also see a guy who impacts coverage when he's on the field that isn't there with JJ and Kittle alone.
If how he acted during contract negotiations doesn't show he's a Diva I don't know what it will take.

I see an above average player at best that's pretty low on the totem pole to defensive coordinators when game planning against the 49ers.

The takes on here are hilarious. Deebo and Yuk hold out for more money and don't report to camp and people act like they are the second coming of TO and they have "cancerous attitudes" CMC doesn't report because he wants more money then misses the entire year just like Yuk yet Yuk needs to be dealt because of his attitude. Interesting

Actually it's not interesting a blind man could see the horses**t your insinuating & to imply that Aiyuk & Deebos actions were even remotely comparable to CMC is dishonest at best.
I read they save a TON if they move him before April 1st. Thats when his new deal money really kicks in. If it's true about the Yorks financial recession this wouldn't surprise me.

A friend of mine just told me this as well. I told him he was stupid….is it true?? I can't find anything about it

cause neither of those takes are true.
Anyone should be available. If the price is right.

Brandon Aiuyk and his 30 mil to Pitt for a 3 and 5? I'd be inclined to do it just because we have Jennings and Pearsall

I don't know what the exact numbers are but Kittle's usage when Deebo wasn't playing was like 3x more and the same for when Aiyuk was out.

Our passing game should be revolving around Kittle anyways. He's a game changer.
