OL got one, lets show the other big uglies some love. A couple good performances from some of our back ups. I think Day is a solid DT rotation player, then with Sully, AA, Taylor, DJ, i think the interior looks good playing alongside Buckner. The DEs looks like the biggest issue, the backs up at least. They looked terrible against Cowboys 1st team OL. Hopefully we dont stay in house and pick up a rotational pass rusher who can do some damage. Valoaga looked pretty good against back ups, but any decent pass rusher can dominate 3rd string OL.

Pass rush only counts for edge rushers amongst niners fans. Improve interior? Who cares.

Until another team does it and then it's wow another team improved their interior pass rush, why aren't we!

What are you talking about we literally made a trade in offseason for a pass rushing DT

That's my point. You've got people whining about us not addressing the pass rush, then when it's brought up that we did they say yeah well not at edge!

damn, bummer. I actually like the interior portion of our d line. it's the edge opposite of bosa that worries me

Sucks but I'd rather be more cautious than him coming back too soon like pearsall tried to also not unexpected given his injury timeline

Yep, I agree I am worried about the opposite of Bosa and of Bosa himself. Is Bosa game ready in the sense that he plays 75% of the snaps? I don't think so. I think he plays but they manage his reps carefully in the Rams game. I worry about our DL and getting to the QB. I think this game will tell us a lot about what tro expect this year against a top tier team when we play them.
