That's my point. You've got people whining about us not addressing the pass rush, then when it's brought up that we did they say yeah well not at edge!

No doubt 49ers interior pass rush has been upgraded. But it's basically the same s**t at DE. Sam-O is okay but I don't think he should start opposite of Bosa. Ogbo is a much better pass rusher and compliment to Bosa and he didn't even make the team. Kyle Van Noy is out there and that would at least make me feel a little better going into the season.

Eason claimed by the Chiefs. Was hoping he'd somehow slip through and the Niners could re-sign him to their PS.

They lose Eason but expected to sign Valdez to the ps.

Not surprised a team signed Eason. He was solid. Going to the Chiefs is a little unsettling.

Valdez is a JAG, so not surprised he returns as well.

I'm pretty confident eason will end up a jag. I'd still have rather kept him than cruz though!

Larry Krueger just lost his mind. He wanted Eason making it over Collins. Sidenote: Luter was claimed by the Raiders who Larry also said is a great young corner he didn't wanna see leave. DLJ's in his 4th season, if he was so good why hasn't he become a starting corner for the team by now?

Agreed about Luter. We've all seen enough of him by now, and most of the time it's not making plays when he's called on for playing time. I'm still having trouble getting over his major ST blunder in that last SB. IMO that was the play that gave the Chiefs offense the break & momentum they needed as they didn't have a TD until that Luter gift late in the 3rd to set them up.

Glad they kept a DB like Hobbs instead. Watched him a little while on the Raiders and was impressed. Hoping Hobbs' injury won't keep him out for Game 1 or beyond.

The only reason Collins is here is because of his draft stock. It's definitely not because of his play

Zach Harrison anyone? Was just waived by the Falcons - if anyone knows him well, it's Raheem Morris. Remember Harrison some watching him at Ohio State. Has some pass rushing ability on the D-line. Don't know if he'd fall far enough on the waiver claim order for the Niners to grab him, though.
