My free agency mock, assuming we don't make any trades.

FS Earl Thomas: Perfect fit. Excellent instincts and has sideline to sideline range. A film junkie like Sherm. Our communication problems would be a thing of the past if we sign Thomas.

DE Brandon Graham: Solid edge rusher and good against the run, a 3 down player.

DE Dante Fowler: Scheme fit. Would bring speed from the Edge.

G Andy Levitre: Would compete with Garnett and perhaps Person at RG. Low cost and another scheme fit.

Nice job John. I think all of them are very realistic and none will break the bank.

An angle that many haven't talked about is the idea that Sherman and Thomas aren't that close actually. But to get back at Seattle, that certainly could be enticing.

Thanks. I hope everything works out.

John, I take that back. Maybe he does want him here.

ET should be a layup of a signing for us. Its clear he despises seattle, we can give him a solid deal, and it gives us more vets on this too young of a defense.

See 'Important NFL Dates' in the OP.

Last year it was March 11th free agents could start negotiating with teams. Officially starts on March 13th 4pm EST.

2019 NEEDS: Healthy Core of Players. A winning Season. Need to address a Cornerback, Safety and Pass Rusher. Sign a WR and two offensive lineman!

You appropriately put health as #1 and you are absolutely correct.

he would do wonders for improving Colbert and Harris too.
In light of Garcon departing from the team then WR is clearly just as important as before. So OT and WR and ER are major issues. Will FA focus on high end receivers like Brown or will the draft be the focus or a smooth blend of FA and draft?

Good question. Maybe they like Shon Coleman and trust him fully if either T goes down. I can't imagine it ends there. IMHO they need a premier talent T today to start preparing for tomorrow without Staley. Injuries happen.

The receiver route is even harder to predict right now.

Edge is a major issue. WR and a future LT are tier 2 IMO.

This team has MANY ISSUES. But the main issue is interior line play. You can ill-afford to have your $125 million dollar QB take hits like that, ESPECIALLY coming back from a serious injury.
