What is he getting all worked up about, I thought he wasn't going to be getting offered a contract until next year?

Obviously, I'm no oracle, but I do know the game pretty well and most who see my posts, if they are being honest with themselves, can say, yeah he's an a hole and negative, but he's been pretty spot on regarding last years draft and about some of those predictions.
And yes, Max played above average qb, making the playoffs and pro bowl. Which is quite remarkable for a one year starter in college. Even if it was pretty much tied with the best season of all time with burrows junior year.
What have you really said aside from "hey,...all of the Alabama players are top notch and great choices. And oh yea I'm an Alabama fan."....?
I may have missed it but you can share.
I said from the moment they were drafted that Banks and Ssemon were not great prospects. Said it was an awful draft and the only picks I liked were Mitchell, Hufanga(special teams and instincts), and Moore. I said Mitchell was better than seemon and was chastised.
Harped on how awful it was that we didn't fill any of the few holes we had while the roster was primed for a super bowl run.
Told everybody just how far Lance had to go to become serviceable….while people in here were saying he's ready because he ran a pro style offense lol.
You are so full of yourself, pics of proof or I call BS, especially when next to NOBODY said Lance was ready. Easy to say "I said this, I said that" prove it.
Ssemon was a horrible prospect you are right. I kinda liked Sermon though. If the 49ers are comfortable with Banks then so am I. You don't think they've done enough to earn your trust? Wow you are tough. I think it might be wise to give players more than a year to see if they can play. Btw if you liked 3 players in a draft that's not bad.

You got everyone from the owner to the head coach saying they want him back. I think he'll be back. However paying a dude who has been dinged as much as Deebo has his first 3 years makes me nervous. Wish he could make it thru 2 seasons healthy before we have to pony up. In my opinion if you do move Deebo any talk of doing so must start with at least 2 #1s or its a no go.

Trade Deebo for two firsts. I'd rather find a RB that can catch. All Kyle did with him is what he planned to do with Jet McKinnon and Jalen Hurd. Deebo is a mediocre WR that can also run the rock.
I won't be able to stomach breaking the bank and he falls off like Warner did after getting paid, or worse going back to injured Deebo.

Agreed. His injury concerns going all the way back to college and his style of play make me nervous giving out a huge contract to him.
He's a hell of a player though so we cant lose him for anything less than 2 #1's IMO

I hope they figure this out, but I wouldn't be surprised if he holds out. I wonder if they'd trade him for a 1st, 2nd, and change.
Grant!
They need to make him the highest paid WR in the league, but put in protections for the team in case he gets hurt or doesn't meet some basic production levels.

Just trade him for a 1st and a high 2nd rd pick and use it on one of the top Edge and (WR) Christian Watson who Trey Lance already have familiarity with.

Not impressed with soap opera. Another highlight in this dumpster fire off season

It's a cut throat business and I'm all for the player getting as much as he can. The life span is short and the player is discarded as soon as production stops. Ownership of an NFL franchise may be the surest way to make billions of dollars with no risk.

Watson may end up going fairly high. And Watson won't reproduce what Deebo brings. He just won't.

It better be for more than a 1st and a 2nd imo

Lance wasn't drafted to contribute year 1, whilst Mac Jones could have contributed year 1 I can't see how the 49ers would have gotten any further last year with Mac than they did with Jimmy.
Yeah most thought the Banks/sermon picks were head scratchers…that's not some wild evaluation and I didn't see a ton of push back from people in here saying anything otherwise.
Right or wrong kyle made it clear this past draft was about developing for the future and not needing plug in play guys. Not really a fan of that approach, but we should have a better idea of this past draft this yr.

Deebo is a stud at those in breaking routes. He's got great feet. He's more than a RB that can catch. His vision when he has the ball in his hands is RB worthy though.
He's faster than people think and a bull to try and tackle. He can play inside/outside and in the backfield…people clearly don't understand how rare that is.
Warner was still good last yr. Wasn't a pro-bowler but I'm not worried about him at all…you shouldn't be either.
