Buzz has a valid point here, zeke is way bigger talent, has gotten into more legal issues and we all know they wouldn't cut him for anything. Lets just wait until we get facts before jumping to conclusions on what to do with the guy.

That's pretty much all we can do at this point

That's pretty much all we can do at this point

zeke is completely different case . that girl set him up with all false accusation, police did not even press charge against him.
we should not cut him immediately but once found out enough, we should, it's team discipline. New England will not allow this type of behavior. foster betray the whole team and the fans, he cannot stay out of trouble, 2 times in a month.

I agree with ninerfan. In your scenario, that is fine. If he never plays again, that is a great loss of talent but there you are. But if we cut him and Seattle, say, pick him up. And he does play again? They arent always going to end up like Aldon Smith.

The NFL have a policy on DV. Most if not all of the other teams follow it. Until more detail comes out I am not sure on what set of assumptions people are making judgements but they do seem to like judging.

I don't know how you can avoid judging somebody who is arrested two times in a span of a few weeks, and who had discipline issues prior to being drafted.

The overwhelming majority of athletes go their entire lives without getting arrested once... let alone twice in two months. But, yeah, we'll hold off judgement because...I guess he can turn it around or the cops arrested him on false charges???
