and we have no idea the draft pick will amount to anything. This years qb class is def not day 1 starters.

I disagree on that...I'd say we have bett odds drafting a top end prospect on our current path then landing Kirk, especially if he's playing the way he is

Who is it you like? Every person I watch disappoints me more and more. Except Mayfield...but he isn't a top pick regardless.

unless we go on a major win streak.. we will still have a decent prospect

Honestly, if we could get a premier pass rusher (like we missed out on this year) I'd be all over that. Remember, we're gonna face Goff twice a year for a looong time. This D as it is now would take a huge step forward (bigly). It wouldn't stop me from taking a chance and drafting a QB high, though - CJ and him competing . Fill those two positions and talk to me a year from now.
