Thats nonsense, they already have all the facts. It ain't all that hard, these nfl teams have way more info than the general public.

There is absolutely at least 3 sides to every story. As a former p.o. in Los Angeles, I believe that the 49ers and every other organization (except the Los Gatos P.D. and whatever District Atty's Office assigned to the Los Gatos area) has no idea about the specifics....unless an officer or DA with knowledge about the case and the reports leaks the info.

The 49ers and NFL could interview all parties involved but I would defer to statements given to the detectives and D.A. As far as I know, Los Gatos PD and the DA will NOT provide information on an OPEN felony criminal investigation.
