Unfortunately the big trade to move up to #3 in the 2021 draft has likely bought Lynch and Kyle some job security if for no other reason than the job is much less attractive to potential GM candidates when you have no first round pick until 2024.

Another reminder that they shipped one of the team's biggest leaders to IND.

Are you in the locker room?

i agree, losing Buck was a big loss in there. We just don't have that great of a talented team. We're not that deep to overcome the injuries. Not sure if the locker rooms lost or lacks leadership. You have guys like Jimmy, Kittle, Sanu, Trent, Warner.

WHEN a GM worries about saving money and believe that a bunch of average or over the hill players who's got nothing to prove can be the BRICKS of a team, then the result will be nothing more than AVERAGE..

Sorry LYNCH, you did it your way and the result can not be hidden..
Someone needs to be canned because the product on the field is simply unacceptable. My guess is that it's Lynch (in addition to Ryans). The team has whiffed on way too many early picks, and now we don't have first rounders for the next two seasons. He has sunk the team for the foreseeable future. He needs to go.

for the last two drafts alone, it makes you wonder why he didn't load of on D... especially the secondary !!!
Doesn't matter if you pick offense or defense if your picks aren't good enough to play.

ShanaLynch has built a roster that can't even compete in their own division.

We don't match up with any of these teams. The Cards have a s**t ton of athletes and they are too fast. The Rams and Seahawks have better quarterbacks and receivers.

I appreciate the front to back philosophy of building from the trenches, but if you're whiffing on the picks, who cares?

The game is different than 1998. The best athletes on offense line up at WR. You need quality cornerbacks.
This is by far the worst draft for AV that we have had no question.
You know what. Forget about it. Just cancel that waiver claim on OBJ and don't even bother picking up the salary. This team is LIGHT YEARS AWAY

still a free agent. Someone give this man some advice. And bring in VH3. Ffs

you ain't finding out if they're good enough to play just cos they gave you attitude in practice then you punish them for the rest of their career by not playing them at all..
What if a reporter asks Lynch "This team stinks, the drafted players stink, personnel decisions stink, do you think it's time to hire a new GM ?"

Lynch "we like the personnel staff we have".

We could've had Harold Landry or Azeez Ojulari, but ended up instead with Dante Pettis and Aaron Banks.
