All i know is if we ever draft or sign anyone with any injury concerns going forward this guy deserves the boot.

Meanwhile, more than half of the zone is clamoring for OBJ.

That's because OBJ isn't going to get paid Ford money, it's a low risk high reward not a damn 5 year 40 mil in guarantee money

Lol, Odell will want $40M or more in GTD money on a new deal, if you look at WR contracts, the market, if he can repair his image, and game, he'll command that much in GTD money, he'll likely want Hopkins type money per year.
I don't know bud, that remains to be seen.

Exactly, he has a long ways to ask for that and getting it. If he gets it it'll be from a garbage losing team who needs a name/wr. He definitely won't get it from a winning team especially the ones tight on space. Like I said huge if and long ways to repair his image and show he's still the wr he was before he went to Cleveland

Pardon me if I'm a tad skeptical.
We should try to get every injury prone player available because whatever.

If CMC becomes available someday I´m sure we will sing him to a 5-year, 70M guaranteed contract

Thing is, I don't see why he would eliminate those 2yrs where he'd get $15M if claimed, also, I doubt any team will give him a multi year deal that he'll like money wise at this time, unless he's willing to go to Jacksonville, or the Jets, then he probably settles for a 1yr minimum deal, hits FA, and gets what he can get, I mean Clowney did this, twice, didn't work out, players are stubborn, if the money isn't right, they won't and shouldn't take the deal.

Because there is no GTD cash in his contract after this yr….according to OTC Cleveland could have cut him after the season with no DM.

I get that, but, he could have lowered 2021 so someone would claim him, while keeping the 2022 & 2023 yrs intact, now he's betting on himself, I don't know how likely he signs a multi year deal, if anything it's a 1-2 yr thing, with the cap set to go way up by 2024, players are positioning themselves to hit FA during that time frame.

I won't believe anything till it happens, we've seen accounts like these claim things in past and get it wrong, anyone can create an account claiming to be a NFL insider, hell people use like @TheirNameNFL as if they're NFL Media or something.

I remember a similar account saying Allen Robinson to 49ers when he was a FA and signed with CHI, also accounts saying Julio to 49ers, and other stuff.

When they credit other sources, then it hold a little more weight. They're just echoing what NBCsports said

He was gonna get cut end of the yr regardless. Why would he lower it to the pt where say the lions would claim him?

he doesn't want to be claimed. He wants to basically be a mid season FA. Then go in to FA in 2022 (where there's more cap space).

Oh I don't put a lot of stock in these accounts unless they quote someone else…which they did. This was from NBC sports.

I agree on OBJ, I don't see him taking a multi year deal, but NC said why not, I said 2022 he'l look to be paid, heck he may take a 2yr deal, and then in 2024 when the cap will go way up to like $260M a team will be able to cash in, same with a lot of players, and I know, why would guys like Bosa or Deebo sign next offseason, well, they've shown they do right(most of the time) by their own, Warner, Kittle, Trent, AA(don't like the amount, like AA tho), Ward(same as AA), so I think Bosa & Deebo will sign new deals, plus I don't see Bosa turning down $30M a yr, or Deebo $15M a yr, which is where I peg him now, I'd say somewhere in the Cooper Kupp area, $15.75M a yr is what he got. I may be called crazy, but I said in 2019 that Buck would get $20M a yr, he got $21M a yr. As for Dre, he could wait, but if the 49ers offer him say, $12M a yr, he'd be crazy to turn it down.
49ers players fighting on defense. The lack of leadership in the locker room is glaring.

Another reminder that they shipped one of the team's biggest leaders to IND.
Thanks for wasting 5 years creating this trash ass team.
Please fire this useless s**t

Are you in the locker room?

i agree, losing Buck was a big loss in there. We just don't have that great of a talented team. We're not that deep to overcome the injuries. Not sure if the locker rooms lost or lacks leadership. You have guys like Jimmy, Kittle, Sanu, Trent, Warner.
This team is not good and that is partially Lynch's fault. What a disappointment…

ya, we need a real GM.
Was it that hard to hire a proven DC. It took years for Saleh to work out. We have taken a serious step back!!!

I blame him, Kyle, and the apparently player guru Peters. Everyone in that front office should be held accountable.

We could wind up with a top 10 pick that we won't have to use too. Ugh 😩 that's painful
