I like McGlinchey but there was no need to move T Brown before this season and for so little.
If you don't move him when we had an offer for him then you hold out hope a team is desperate for OT help before the deadline and willing to pay more for him. No guarantees and if you fail to move him then he walks.

We could have done without that 5th and Jimmy could have used some more protection. It didn't seem like a move to improve.

He's better then Staley who clearly has slowed down. Wouldn't be surprised if old Joe calls it a career at the end of another long season. To me that's why you keep Brown who should have been the LT of the future.

How many more times does Trent Brown have to say "f**k the niners" on social media before fans are over him?

Still got fleeced.

If the season is a "wash" and there won't be any deals going down (trade deadline), keep Reid / Moore in the line up (bench Ward), Jones over Mitchell, play Day / Blair more and use Marsh less and/or put Urkel in there.

I'd rather get "fleeced" trading an OT on the last year of his deal playing in a contract year with weight issues versus getting fleeced for a franchise QB.

No better practice than a real game...might as well let others gain experience, Replace Celek now and elevate Ryan Delaire.

More protection? Where is he lining up... right guard?

Or it speaks to how opposing teams value the player. Average run blocker at best + poor work ethic = not a ton of trade value.

Haha the sentiment on here that Lynch isn't aggressive is laughable.

True but that doesn't mean it's acceptable for us to get fleeced either way
