How come he's the only 49er QB to choke the Super Bowl?

How come he never made 1 pro bowl even under Harb?

How come he got 2 49er head coaches fired back to back?

How come he was 8-8 in 2014 and after taking 14+ million went 2-6 in 2015?

How come he can't lead or carry the team to wins like a franchise QB?

How come he can't beat Seattle???

How come he can't be a pocket passer like all other great NFL QBs, even under Harb the QB guru whisper???

etc etc etc??? Never he's the Greatest 49er QB since Montana and that's why the 49ers should keep him for 2016 and give him 1 more chance lol!!!

Even the great Montana (4 Super Bowl rings, countless pro bowls, a HOFer, a Super Bowl MVP, GOAT) was traded when it was time. What makes Kap so untouchable to his die hard homers??? Maybe they're just blind and delusion or doesn't even know what football is... pathetic.

I am not going to even respond to most of this nonsense. I just have 2 things to say.

1) What makes you think I am a "kap homer"?!?

2) Untouchable? I have mentioned many times in this and other threads that we need to draft a QB in the 1st round and move on. I am just able to separate what Kap was in 2012 and what he currently is.....which is something you seem completely incapable of doing.

2012 vs GB: Kaep started poorly (early pick), finished strong:
  • Over a 181 yards on the ground and two tds
  • Over 260 yards in the air and two tds

2012 vs Atl
  • The Niners came back from 17 points down and won their first road playoff game in 24 years.
  • Kaep was 16/21 for 233 and a td; plus he added 21 yards on the ground.

2012 vs Blt

Without this man, we wouldn't have even been in the game. Let alone had a chance to win it. If this is his greatest achievement, then so be it. But don't tell me that he had no impact. Or that I don't know football. I know winning. And this man has brought us closer than anyone else playing under center since Steve Young.

And yet, we wouldn't have been in those holes if he didn't start poorly (the Green Bay game he was at least able to score in the first half). Thankfully the defense was able to hold two of the best offenses in the NFL to a total of 10 second half points while he got his shiz together. And then in the Super Bowl, he had another horrible start.
But by stating it this way, you are supporting my point. He made all the difference. If we are behind because of him. We came back because of him. The defense on those runs were good, but not 2011 good. I will concede this. Of course, you need both. Neither was perfect, but Kaep made the difference for us in our second playoff run. He destroyed the Packers. Mauled them. Just nasty stuff.

Go figure it out yourself. Unless you don't know football LOL

Good. I won't respond to your nonsense. Have a nice day

Good. Have a nice day. Kap sucks and his best bet is ask to be traded to Texans. He will be traded after 2016 and by then he will be going to a worse team.
Chip will drop him like a useless penny then lol!!!

But I would like to believe he is smart enough to NOT think the strength of the team was the defense.....a unit that was giving up damn near 30 points a game for our final month + playoffs.

Lol wut?

The D for 3 years was top 5 in almost every category. Yes, the defense was stronger than the bottom ranked offense. You think we get to the post season with a s**t D?

You can laugh all you want. Aldon Smith and Justin Smith were both injured and our defense was AWFUL for the last 6 games of the season.

People remember what they want to remember.

Why don't you post the schedule and scores for us...

SF 41 NE 34
SEA 42 SF 13
SF 27 AZ 13
SF 45 GB 31
SF 28 ATL 24
BAL 34 SF 31

We gave up 29.7 points per game the last 6 games of the season.....which not coincidentally was when Justin and Aldon were either out injured or ineffectively playing hurt. Just baffles me how at this point in the season any reasonable person could say the strength of a team was defense when they are giving up 30 points a game.

Expect them to conveniently ignore this. Jomo just gonna post more smileys and stupid quips.

This is true. Defense was not the same starting in the 2nd half of that NE game. That's when Justin got hurt, and soon after Aldon got hurt. Took away a huge element of our defense... those two dominating the LOS. Our defense gave up way too many big plays in that playoff run.

Its been ignored by far more people than just him. The funny thing is, the anti-Kap people all seem to think that just because some of us praise Kap for what he WAS, that they all think we still think he is great, still want him to be our starter, etc.

Kap was responsible for the best playoff run we have had since the great Steve Young was our QB. I am thankful for those memories, regardless of how bad he has become.

29.7 PPG would have ranked dead last in the NFL that year.

But the defense carried us that year.
Lmao I never see Seahawks fans bring up wilsons stats from 3 seasons ago. Why? Because he's getting better, and his best season is his most recent one.

Kelly will realize kap is too potato to run his offense and send him packing. Kelly already distancing himself from kap by shooting down the trade rumors and constantly bringing up gabbert.
[ Edited by Heroism on Jan 20, 2016 at 7:48 PM ]
People still don't understand lol. Chip Kelly is cut throat as hell, and consider the comments he made about Kap and BG today, if they keep Kap, as soon as kap sucks he will be benched. Kap will sour more on the bench. They will trade him any where they can unload him for a 6th or 7th round pick after 2016, bet on it lol!!!
