Just what I feared another year or two down the drain.

This from the same guy who was positive that the Raiders and Chargers were moving to LA and then had his article removed so he wouldn't get called out for being wrong? Probably 10% odds at best this is true.

Lol this. Have to look at the source.

Well to be fair the NFL committee voted 5-1 on the Raider/Chargers plan and it looked like it was going to go that way and then the next day Stan Kroenke gets it because he had the money to just do it himself.
Jason Cole just throws s**t out there hoping it will stick.

Exactly, this dude is hardly an insider. Take everything he says with a grain of salt. I still remember when he said that Reggie Bush would hold out for an entire season instead of signing and would re-enter the draft
I thought this was pretty funny because it seems to be true.

About the meeting between Chip and Kap.

@MaioccoCSN Um AWKWARD. And these are two dudes that SUCK at small talk.

Maybe they just *suck* at small talk with the media or/and certain personalities.
Jason Cole still hasn't stopped making s**t up? I thought he would've learned his lesson after Patrick Willis emphatically shot down his story that he was contemplating unretiring.

Rathman could turn Kap into a good RB. He turned two scrubs from Walmart into serviceable RBs, and Kap is definitely faster than them.

you really are a piece of s**t human being. *nods head*

I'm pretty sure those two running backs have succeeded in life, more so than you......by a HUGE margin. And have probably contributed to society in a more positive way, than your message forum diarrhea.

Are you having a bad week dude? You seem to be in a horrible mood.

You don't know me, so I'll let you take those words back.

The majority of my adult life has been in service to others. Military, teaching... even my jobs that actually pay decent money are in service to the US government and a major University hospital. I consider myself very successful. I'm happy, healthy, and have made a difference in not only the world as a whole, but also the lives of the students I've taught.

I seem to be in a horrible mood? The majority of your posts in this thread are nothing but negative and disrespectful ... When I wrote that, believe me..I had a huge smile.

You might have did all those things you have claimed, but I'd love to see the look on the faces of those students...if they could see some of the childish disrespectful s**t you choose to post in this thread.

THAT is your true character. When people you know/respect/etc are not around to judge you...how you truely act.

Keep being fake. You have your resume to hide behind.

Why do you take this stuff so seriously?

This. That got super serious and weird as hell quickly. Afrikan has gone personal for years.

Seriously, if any articles should be removed from the WZ it should be BR. There's always some new baseless claim that has no facts to back it up. Here, click on a slideshow!
Kelly: 'How's the rehab?'

Kaep: 'Good'

Kelly: 'Rough year for you.'

Kaep: 'Yeah'

Kelly: '...Yeah, for me too...'

Kaep: '....'

Kelly: '....OK, get well soon...See yah'

Kaep: 'Alright, thanks'
I think the only way Kap stays the starter is if Kelly automatically appoints him the starter going into Training Camp. If Kelly initially calls it a QB Competition, then Kap is in trouble.

If the report on Shany not wanting Kap is true...well...Shany has proven to have very good reads on QB's.

I don't know, aside from running long distance real fast and being able to throw a 40 yard rope while scrambling, I just don't see Kap excelling in things required to be a successful AND consistent QB in the NFL. He has had success in the past but he has NEVER been a consistent passer.

My take is, Kelly is actually flexible enough with his offense to be able to put either Kaep or Gabbert into his offense. It's contingent up who can sponge up his offense in 1 offseason to run it like Kelly would like it to be run. In that regard I think Gabbert has shown he's more capable of doing that then Kaep. It's not to say that Kaep can't, but at this point it seems like Gabbert has the advantage to get an upstart quicker than Kaep. We will have to see.

The other thing about Kaep that people seemed to overlook is his confidence issue. He must regain that back too. I don't see it go away until he gets to play in a real game. And it may come back as an issue once he hits a bad stretch during the game. He must have confidence especially in a Kelly offense. Every thing with his offense is about quickness. That's throwing and decision making. Without the confidence to do them, he would be no good.

If the report is true and it very well may have some merit. It basically ensures Baalke does not plan on draft a QB at 7 and Kap will be the starter.

I think Jed/Trent made another error in the Chip Kelly hire. I think getting Shanahan and taking a QB at 7 would have been the best for the future of the franchise.

And while I hope I am wrong and Kelly can come in and save his and Kap's career, since I am a Kap supporter and currently wearing Kaepernick socks, from what I have seen over last couple of years with both Kelly & Kap's decline in effectiveness over the last 2 seasons I don't think a turnaround for either of them is on the horizon.
When are people going to stop and catch on about Shanahan.

He drafted, and to this day, loves Jay Cutler. But he absolutely despised McNabb. McNabb warned RGIII about M. Shanahan and his son.

Washington drafted RGIII No. 2 overall. Instead of getting talent around RGIII, he went and used their next pick on Cousins. At the first opportunity he got, he inserted Cousins in the starting lineup.

Shanahan absolutely wanted to coach Ryan Tannehill and wanted the Dolphins job because of it. However, he cannot stomach the thought of Colin Kaepernick?

The funny thing is that RGIII, the QB he hated so much, saved his job in Washington, and Kirk Cousins' horrendous play help get him fired but he still talks glowingly about Cousins.
