Who's Right? Harbaugh/Coaches . . . . . or . . . . . Baalke/York/Mgmt?

This was all bc of a junk yard fight between managment. Jeff said it perfectly and anyone with brains knows it. Like Baalke said, we are not rebuilding but reloading... but we traided in a Rifle for a 22
Everyone knows it but few speak of it but hope for the best... but heres the funny part, WE HAD THE BEST... but bc one bad season theres no hope... COME ON

So you like loosing

We haven lost yet , loosing

Harbaugh is a weak offensive coach....his offense didn't carry the team like what was expected

The offense didn't seem to get better and he was frustratingly conservative. It also seemed that he and his staff preferred playing veterans over the youngsters and didn't really develop the latter with the exception of Kap (to a certain degree). IMHO I think Baalke was getting frustrated with the fact that he was picking up a lot of talent in the draft and Harbaugh was not giving them opportunities to grow. Again, just my opinion and purely conjecture

No you hit the nail on the head
Really Jeff??? Wasn't Jeff petitioning to be our QB coach after the season because he really wanted to work with Kap??? Why would you want to work for an ownership if that's your opinion of them? Uh Jeff have you looked in the mirror lately, why are you calling someone a dork? FYI, your wife only loves your money. Ignorant comments, by a guy that's butt hurt the 49ers didn't give him a job. Questioning Baalke's football background. You mean you are or were commenting on it but know he's a football lifer and 20 plus year scout. As far as these articles it's more writers bashing the 49ers and holding Harbs up as a genius when all they did was talk smack and point out his shortcomings when he was here. I wasn't sure about the coaching change but the more people bash the 49ers the more I hope they shove it up their ass next year. Why do people hate my team? They cried when we won and couldn't wait to stomp on us when we are down. A lot of 49ers haters out there in the media and from former players. Even players that won on the 49ers in the past talk smack now that they are gone. I don't get it why do we elicit so much hate? 49ers are headed for another 8 year stretch of losing? We have to much talent for that pal and Jed needs to sell tickets to pay for his stadium and that won't happen if we aren't winning. Please Kap, please play to your potential this year so you can shut these fools up.

Well if He had stayed the team would had have imploded because of loosing when they know they have the talent to win on offense, you`re right,Harbaugh was a very WEAK offensive-minded coach, and not only that He was stubborn and rubbed the wrong people the wrong way.

This. Garcia sounds super bitter, dude can go EAD as far as I'm concerned. His little hissy fit on Twitter over Kaepernick not working with him was just sad. If he wants a job in the NFL as a coach, he is going about it in the worst way possible.

But if they were wrong and we end up 6-10 what difference is it gonna make? York's will still be gajillionaires and we'll have to foot the bill.
"I don't really care. . . . what difference is it gonna make?"

You're right, this is all BS. We should cstop watching the NFL and shut down the webzone and quit wasting time since it just doesn't matter

Yet he won 49 games in 4 seasons, I don't think Harbs was the reason we were 8-8, I think it was due to injuries, and s**t being said in the media. He was a subpar offensive coach, but he was a good QB teacher. Maybe it's just Kap doesn't have IT to be a great QB, I just don't know if Kap is the true franchise QB, I want to see if he improves in the future, I think he has 1 yr to prove himself, or Baalke will cut him next offseason, as he should IMO. If he can't improve then he has to be cut.

Why not though? The NFL is so overrated, they have the highest league subscription price of any sports league pass on TV, and they have high paid players who b***h about their deals every year, like Revis, who gets $14M a yr and probably will want a new deal in a yr or 2. I like the leagues like the Arena Football League, plays get like $830 bucks a game, and play 18 games, and don't complain about not getting paid millions, and that league has my attention more so than ever.

Hell, I agree. I'm just an addict, I need some methadone (arena league?) It is stupid and does waste time watching the NFL . . . . but it's a lot better than watching 162 baseball games per year!

I wonder if those that voted management being wrong, if most of those posters view the Harbaugh era as the first winning era of 49er football. Meaning they are the younger fans (age 30 or younger). All they knew was Erickson/Nolan/Sing and that 49er football was pitiful. Then Harbaugh comes and the 49ers finally win. Then management lets him go and it's wtf. Those that saw any of the 5 SB victories at an adult age are less angry about Harbaugh being let go. Just a hypothesis.

That's not really what I was saying, but what you say is true. Football is a diversion, not something to stress over. I have enough of that without football (which is getting more and more watered down every year).

But what I was actually saying is my opinion on the matter doesn't change the outcome. No matter whether I think management made good or bad decisions isn't going to change the on field result.

This exact topic has been discussed over and over and over and over on here and its a stupid topic because it doesn't matter. York is still rich and our team is what it is. Mine or your opinions won't change s**t which is why I don't understand why people get so workers up and stay that way.

I think you're probably right, in that the Harbaugh fans are likely the less experienced or less analytic types; more reactionary.

I'm hoping that this shakes out like the Mark Jackson deal with the Warriors where the majority supported Jackson, but they were wrong.

True, I just like to prognosticate. Nobody knows how it will turn out, but I am interested in checking to see if I was right or wrong 9 months from now. Perhaps I fool myself into believing that I can learn something about life, and about how to manage my 'team' by studying how they manage their team.

I'm 30 and I remember Mariucci, I don't remember a lot of Seifert era. I didn't become a NFL/49ers fan until the 1994 season/1995 SB.

Dude the AFL is fun as hell. I loved going to Albany Conquest games here in NY every year, until they ceased operations in like 2008 or 2009. Now I am a fan if the San Jose Sabercats, I was a huge Albany Firebirds fan in the 90s growing up, went to a few games, I remember a game against the Iowa Barnstormers, I always wondered if Kurt Warner played then for Barnstormers.

If you have a TV subscription to like TWC, Comcastm, Dish, DirecTV or someone else, then you should have access to all AFL games on WatchESPN.com. They have a game every week on either ESPN2 or CBS Sports Network.
