Though Raiders ran a 4-3, im told Tarver is more of a 3-4 guy

I agree. The defense has been the anchor and responsible for probably 80% of the success this team has had. The offense has essentially been there to eat up clock, move down the field a little bit, and not turn the ball over.

This is whats f**king bugs me. They preaching that we not in a rebuild mode, but rather reload mode. Then why blow up the entire staffs on both sides?
Sure we're fully stacked on the Defensive side of the ball, but what if the players production regress because of change? That's not a guarantee that will happen but we see it happen far too many times in sports and in life. If that happens, that ensures we will struggle on both sides of the ball for a minute. That's just gonna suck to watch that unfold.

If anything why not make Ed Donatell the DC? i can only guess (and hope) that this is them wanting out ...cuz otherwise how in the world do u justify firing these AMAZING coaches?
