A 20 year old Chico State student was riding her bike near campus last night and was hit by a drunk driver and is in critical condition at the hospital. A lot of people don't get as lucky as her. Just throwing that out there for people who don't think DUI's are a serious offense. Especially when you're as far over the legal limit as Aldon was.

Yep, DUI's are a big time offense and especially when you commit it twice. You are putting others in risk and that is a selfish move.
I still can't believe he was .15 at 7 am going to practice. So how much was the man actually drinking? That is a big time issue and one that needs to be corrected.

Dude is ON HIS WAY TO WORK, so drunk that he wrecks into a tree? How many chances does such a pathetic excuse for a human being get? Most of his sacks come via Justin Smith. Tired of that guy.

Schefter saying he is expected to be out a month. For the team thats better than two months, but hope he really re focuses in the likely 28 day program. He will meet people with far worse situations than he has. These scenarios often do help people with privileged position, because for 30/60/90 days or whatever, they get to see how far they could truly far in some of the other patients.

So he's out 4 weeks. Think he'll be staying in football shape or talking about his feelings? He won't be ready for football in 4 weeks and even if he is, the league could step in and suspend him. So much for the sack record eh, Boozy the Clown?

Excellent move by Jed and the organization. lol @ ppl thinking Niners shouldn't do anything about this. It's a problem when it happens more than once and I'm glad we are doing something about it. Who gives a f**k if Seahawks didn't do s**t about Lynch. We are not Seahawks!

I e been a Niners can for 35 years. If realizing that behavior that puts other in SERIOUS danger, ie. DUI's. shootings and stabbings being a greater issue than a GAME, the. Call me whatever you want and reasses your values, pal.
