Charles Haley never got frustrated. The bar is high my friends. This is a good thing and they will come into MNF hungry.

I'm banking on 5 turnovers and 2 kick returns by Ginn for TDs.

We are 10-3 and lost 2 of our last 3 games. The sky is falling, all the players want to bail out of SF, and the team is moving to LA. Harbaugh is giving up and will coach South West Dakota community college next year.
All because we won more games than what us fans expected. If we only went 4-12 like everyone thought we would our future would have been brighter.

I'd bet the defense is a bit frustrated with the anemic RZ scoring after they deliver short fields.
Now the question is -- is that frustration starting to focus on ASmith not getting the ball to players, which might happen regardless of how the OL is playing. Receivers might not sympathize with the QB being under pressure, they just fee like, "well, if you're under pressur, just throw me the darn ball."
Or is the frustration about the play calling and scheme -- in other words, toward the coaches? You can tell that Gore, VD, and some lineman really supported ASmith after his/their time under Sing and Nolan. They may want the coaches to "let Smith wing it more" instead of being so cautious. But caution is probably as much a Smith trait as the coaches.
The coaches need to get this in check ASAP. With a recent history of losing and frustration, it doesn't take much for old feelings to resurface.
If they want to be frustrated, they need to look at themselves. Harbaugh and the coaches are doing fairly well calling the correct plays, so it's not the scheme. Alex Smith is getting the ball to his WRs and TEs, but they're literally dropping it. I'm sure Alex feels frustrated with their play, too. How many times have we seen Davis, Edwards, Ginn, Walker, and even Crabtree flat-out drop wide open, perfectly thrown passes, especially ones that would have been touchdowns?
I know the offensive line is struggling right now, but Smith is standing in the face of pressure and getting the ball out to his receivers. A perfect example during the Arizona game was when Ted Ginn wide open and Alex threw the ball to him. Although Smith was hit at the same time he released the ball, there was enough air under the ball that Ginn could have adjusted to the ball and made the catch. Instead, Ginn couldn't locate the ball and it bounced right in front of him while he was rolling his head around looking for it. It was almost a Brandon Lloyd-type moment. I've also seen catches that Braylon Edwards has dropped that he would have made a year ago.
I can understand why Harbaugh has implemented the fly sweep. I guess he figures the best way for our receivers to really get the ball is if they get a hand-off directly from the quarterback. At least we get some yards out of it. Maybe our receivers should start putting stick-um on their gloves. That might increase their chances of catching the ball.

And obviously there are, as crabs was clearly upset after the game. I can't say what they were mad about but its gotta be alex or the ol....
Who had to be restrained when VD dropped that TD pass last week? Everyone who catches passes on this entire f**king team not named Kyle Williams better f**king man up and take their share of the blame. You want the ball to come your way? CATCH IT!
I'm not saying Alex is blame-free because he's definitely not.
My favorite line from the OP was 'Braylon's not content with his role' or whatever. Gimme a f**king break. He's flat out sucks. Not a weapon whatsoever.
The only one that has a legitimate gripe is Gore. But he has to get it through his head there is a bigger picture here. We are not going to go anywhere in the playoffs riding his fragile ass the whole time.
You win, no problems. You lose, blame starts flying. It's the nature of team sports. This was a team loss, coaches and players alike. Nothing more, nothing less. That is it. Fix it and this will all be forgotten.
Well said. +1

Exactly. They would be A LOT more content if they actually caught the catchable balls thrown their way. How many TDs have been left out there this season because of dropped passes? I think it's safe to say where as a group, the receivers are the only group on this team that have not improved.

I love it... Only the Niners would have a fan base and media outlets that cry a season collapse after a close loss with a 10 and 3 record and the division all wrapped up. We had a let down people and got beat by a lesser team that's all, it happens (see Saints vs. Rams).
We beat Pittsburgh and we're right back in the hunt for that second seed. So just get over it all ready and chill out!
