Player discontent brewing

What is concerning me is the amount of frustration and discontent that seems to be brewing. VD is frustrated Crabtree is frustrated Gore is frustrated - although that is probably more so about his injury Braylon is highly discontent with his role. I'd bet the defense is a bit frustrated with the anemic RZ scoring after they deliver short fields. Now the question is -- is that frustration starting to focus on ASmith not getting the ball to players, which might happen regardless of how the OL is playing. Receivers might not sympathize with the QB being under pressure, they just fee like, "well, if you're under pressur, just throw me the darn ball." Or is the frustration about the play calling and scheme -- in other words, toward the coaches? You can tell that Gore, VD, and some lineman really supported ASmith after his/their time under Sing and Nolan. They may want the coaches to "let Smith wing it more" instead of being so cautious. But caution is probably as much a Smith trait as the coaches. The coaches need to get this in check ASAP. With a recent history of losing and frustration, it doesn't take much for old feelings to resurface.

Yes, and Jimmy Raye was better in the redzone, so we need him back too! Or maybe Tony Sparano, so he can bring Mike Nolan with him to spark up our defense!!

I was seeing the same frustrated expressions on players faces and wondering much the same. At 10-3 I don't think players have too much to complain about with the coaching. I would love to be a fly on the wall in the film room to see just what Harbaugh points out. Were the WRs open? Did they wave their hands and yell, "Over here!"

Or is Harbaugh pointing out that they round their cuts and are always late getting to their routes? Does he show them a highlight film of favorite drops?

Or does the OLine stand up as a group and promise to do better the next game?

Like some fans and most of the bay area media. Yea it was ugly, ugly happens. Lets b***h that we didnt get the ball enough. 49er recievers are no better than the quarterback and actually could make him look better as he can make them look beter. How bout getting open, not dropping third and fourth down passes, actually seeing the ball when its in the air, running the correct route, showing up to training camp.
