We had a crappy thread started yesterday about John Taylor. NOT HAVING IT.
This thread is dedicated to remember what he did for this franchise.

I'll sum it it up like I heard it on the Opening Drive on Sirius NFL Radio, " Most teams had their #1, #2 and #3 receivers on their team; Jerry Rice was 1a and John Taylor was 1b".
/ thread.
/ thread.

I could count the number of facepalms for that thread degrading Taylor but the OP of that thread prolly can't count that high.

Maybe I am just a homer, but I always thought JT was the 2nd best WR in the league at that time. Not to mention he didn't even have that drive that guys like Jerry had. JR said that if JT really did want it that badly, he could have been the greatest. Those 2 revolutionized the YAC and were so much fun to watch. JT's one of my all time favorite Niners. He could do it all. Block, good hands, could go deep or could turn a 5 yd catch into a 95 yd td, return punts, etc. Very underrated player IMO.

JT was a STUD!!! We were so spoiled in having the BEST TWO receivers in the NFL for a long time!
