Then they would blame it on the poor drainage because it's sitting on a wet landfill. LOL!

So the runners will have the disadvantage due to poor traction. Whereby the receivers know where they're going and the pass defenders will have to react accordingly. Once again at a disadvantage when they have to make a sudden change of direction.

I don't know what kind of a passer Freeman is, but we know what Troy can do.

Advantage: 49er's Don't expect Gore to rip off yards.

Dude, The Stadium is at sea level and is right next to the water?

Troy is playing well. We are winning. We have zero other QB options this season.

All things considered, I like our situation.

I really don't see how his assessment of our long term QB situation has anything to do with the game on Sunday. Short term is all that matters on Sunday. In that case, Troy is playing well enough to beat most teams. And that certainly includes the likes of the Bucs, who haven't beaten anybody with a winning record if memory serves me correctly.

Wait a second, we Don't have a winning record either...

___________

The take away is that the Bucs aren't exactly dominant. Thus, they can lose any given Sunday.

I know, I WAS there when they were building it. It started out as a Giants stadium. Nevertheless, they would still turn on the sprinklers and wet it some more when they thought it wasn't wet enough.

I like the optimism displayed on this board. I guess it's understandable why you're infected with such contagious HOMERISM...

With a BAC of .065, I'm not sure who deserves the DUI more--- Mike Williams, or all the HOMERS passing around the KOOL-AID in here...

Regardless, this whole DUI thing is going to make things even worse for you guys because the BUCS are only going to use this unwanted attention to "circle the wagons" and focus even more on dissecting your hopes and dreams of keeping up in the NFC West...

DESPITE our porous run defense (just like with other teams we've faced with losing records) we will win this game too...

All of you Bucs fans think your team is all of a sudden a bad ass team...

Says the fan whose team finally managed to put together two wins in a row...

I'll admit that we may not be WORLD BEATERS yet. Nor am I saying that it's impossible for the Forty-Whiners to pull out a W this Sunday...

... I'm just saying it's highly unlikely.

Despite our QB issues, and stupid penalties all season, the Niners took the Saints and Falcons to the wire, the Bucs will have to play a really good game for 60 minutes if they're going to come and take a win in Candlestick....if the Bucs win, I'll be a firm believer of your team.

Make no mistake about it, now that Troy Smith has been allowed to emerge, your team's future is bright (at least after this Sunday)...

Just like you've had QB issues all season, we've had RB issues all season until we finally gave Blount some consistent snaps (and yet we STILL have a winning record)...

Troy is gifted physically, but he's still young. Look for Aquib Talib and the wiley aging veteran Barber to BAIT him into 1 or 2 crucial mistakes...

And finally, don't worry about the Bucs playing 60 minutes --- We have several fourth quarter comebacks on record that PROVES that we won't stop until the Fat Lady runs out of breath...

I got you. I was just being a Smart ass...

This writer dude is looking at the Niners season as a whole; not, how we've played with Troy starting. If you use those stats the match up looks much better for us. It's idiots like this writer that don't see a difference...

Troy is still young, but isn't Freeman younger!?

We have tons of veterans on defense who can execute a scheme that can frustrate Peyton Manning, Brees and Matt Ryan, and what I expect for them to do is this...

Stuff Blount, and force Freeman to take chances in the air in wet weather.

Damn boy you're so passive aggressive I don't know if I want to punch you or have a conversation with you lol.

Lol...

Do me a favor though. If you get a chance, tell Sing "thanks" for NOT pursuing Blount. Yes, it's true that you guys have Gore, but the Titans have Chris Johnson and yet:

Blount will own Willis all day everybody knows that. And Gore will have 20 rushes for -8 yards and the 49ers will lose 145- -8

What? You think that I should follow his career? Being RETIRED is hard enough. You play 6 days a week and REST on the 7th.!
