During Mac's Run, I had a similar thought, which was:
If McDaniel survived 'Black Monday', and the Phins could see their way around Tua' contract,
then Lynch/Shanahan would definitely be getting a call from Miami. They have 8 picks in the upcoming
draft (no Comp Picks); their 2nd-Round pick is #43.

Especially if Josh Williams becomes their GM
A report is out that one team who still has their head coach has reached out to representatives for John harbaugh. My guess is it is Miami

I still think it's the dolphins. If not them maybe Green bay or Cincinnati
Miami or Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay has a strong history of hiring experienced head coaches rather than new ones.

You really have to wonder about these HC firings. It's amazing how many get fired a year or two after signing big extension. In the Raiders case they're paying 3 ex coaches now after firing Carroll.

Also, in the Raiders' case they were a major s**tshow before hiring Carroll and he gets scapegoated for them remaining a s**tshow.

Relying on Chip Kelly as his OC and Geno Smith as his QB were two bad moves, but PC wasn't going to be a magician.

This is what the game needs.
Who gets a job first? Gruden or Flores?

Gruden has the name, maybe past his time, but he is Offense oriented which to me is more important for this current Cycle.
Flores is up and coming, but still makes you wonder why there was so much s**t talking in miami. He may be fresh, but Defense minded coaches would have to have consistent OC lined up to develop the QB. You can hit gold once with a good OC but once they leave, your f**ked. ala Lions.

I have doubts that flores ever gets another HC gig again with his current lawsuit against the NFL and multiple teams.
Well there's a team who wants in on John Harbaugh.
