We might as well just forfeit the game lol

If there's two things the NFLPA should absolutely require in order to expand to an 18-game schedule it's a 2nd bye week and only real grass fields.

They should probably already have two bye weeks, but especially if they go to 18 games.

The rosters need to be expanded, and the real grass fields mandate is a good idea, too.

Real grass fields for every team should have been mandatory years ago.

The NFL pushes offense for views, while I agree it should be grass I don't see them getting rid of turf. They should absolutely have a 2nd bye week especially if they are going to start to make teams travel internationally

At this point I'd be all for it

I really don't want to see the Super Bowl played in late February when it's boring and basketball is the only sport going on. The owners will be all for it while lining their coffers and the players take it in the head. It's time for the players to stand up but they won't. Perhaps a poll of retired's would express that but they wouldn't be listened to. A few have quit the game prematurely but the rest don't as they're addicted to their earned lifestyle. Perhaps every second contract they sign should make a million or two of their paycheck spreadable over their expected lifetime once they call it quits. That way they'll know how they'll be doing without the game. Consider it an incentive to quit the game early.

February is the coldest month of the year. I can see them selling out the playoffs to countries in the southern hemisphere where it will be summertime. It's about the Benjamins.
