He's a good coach. Reporters are a dime a dozen. He's safer than she is right now. Look at the players with DUI in their background where they keep their jobs. NE is a SB caliber team. There are other coaches out there but at that level one can't gamble.

Well the Pats owner would look like a hypocrite if he even tried LOL
I've kept my personal feelings about Dianna & Mike to myself. This is my first and last post on the matter.
One could not help but have some idea of what's going on, due to the damned-near 24/7 coverage of their affair.

However, for those of us that remember 'Pat Patriot', aka The 'Minuteman', I thought the caricature was worth the share:

if not his actual kid, he was probably still cram pie -ing her and the kids had his baby batter all over him .
I spent many, many, many years as both a sports and news reporter and anchor. Granted, it was all small market stuff. But there is one thing I can tell you: At no point did I ever spend any vacation or weekend time with a sports or news source for any reason. No boat trips. No meals. No hotel excursions. No trips to the bar. I did sometimes meet news or sports sources at a lunch or dinner spot, but that was just a random meeting. If I went out anywhere, without my wife, it was usually with another reporter or two.

Nobody wanted an obese, alcoholic? Shocker.
Breece Hall extended. Guess the pipe dream of getting Hall next offseason is gone
The Cowboys will host the Eagles for their annual Thanksgiving afternoon game this season.
The Cowboys will play host to their division rival, the Eagles, in front of a national audience this Thanksgiving. The Cowboys downed the Kansas City Chiefs in a high-scoring 31-28 affair last season, and have won their last four Thanksgiving Day contests. The league has now announced two Cowboys games ahead of its full schedule release, as they are also set to take on the Giants on Sunday Night Football in Week 1.

The NFL announced the Giants will host the Cowboys for the first Sunday Night Football game of the 2026 season.
We are once again waiting all day for a Sunday night. With the schedule release week officially upon us, the league announced on Monday that the Giants would kick off the season hosting the Cowboys for Week 1 of SNF. The John Harbaugh-led Giants will put their offseason rebuild on display on national television against a Cowboys team that finished 7-9-1 last season, largely due to their struggles on the defensive side of the ball. Both teams are hoping to show enough improvement to keep pace with the Eagles, who have finished first in the division two of the last three years.

Yeah that was never happening IMO, he wanted to be paid like a number 1 back which got and it would have made no sense to do so with CMC still here, I know some said this offseason we should have went after him but again no way we'd have signed him a for that much to be the number two back

The idea was to cut CMC or trade after this year. I know you're the cap guy but his contract balloons next year and I don't think we will be paying him 26 mil vs saving 17 mil if cut. Correct me if I am wrong but that's what Spotrac shows.
Charle Young

I remember him. That 1981 season was really special. Even though he was approaching the end of his NFL career, he still made a big impact in that short passing game. The West Coast Offense that Bill Walsh brought to San Francisco was still in its infancy. It was a short passing game for the most part. Charle Young had a big season. As did most of the 49ers that season, who would go on to win the first of five Super Bowl trophies under the teams that Walsh largely built.
Dolphins just extended Achane, 4yr $64m deal
