Please let him still be the starter when we get to play the Browns 🙏🏾 🤞🏾

You and me both. Shedeur is way better than Dillan Gabriel.

But for Stefanski to still be going with DG over Shedeur is mind blowing, and the local media and fans are losing their minds. It's so bad that local fans are calling into Cleveland sports radio shows and vowing to boycott if Shedeur doesn't play. And now the ticket sales are now being affected by it. According to Sports Illustrated ticket prices are at $9. On ViaGoGo you can get a ticket to the Ravens game for as low as $5 in some sections of the stadium.

Trust me, those ticket sales aren't due to poor record. Last year they were 3-14 and they were still packing the stadium. The Browns fan-base is among the most loyal in the NFL. But hell, during the Dolphins game Jimmy Haslam's own grandson's were on the field wearing Shedeur Sanders #12 jersey's

Can't make this sh!t up. Listen, the longer this go without Shedeur playing, while DG (you know, Stefanski's "super computer") looks like hot garbage when not one talent evaluator (outside of the Browns) this side of the equator had DG rated as a better QB prospect than Shedeur (not one), that "conspiracy" narrative is gonna return with a vengeance and much louder, and rightfully so. If we are to believe that the NFL is this grand "meritocracy" (which I no longer believe) none of this makes any sense at all and you'd have to admit that something else is going on. We are drawing closer to the obvious question that begs to be asked: "why was Shedeur even drafted in the first place?". And, given how all of this has played out thus far, the Browns (nor the NFL) won't have a believable answer, if they answer it at all. At this point, nobody is buying the "not ready" narrative regarding Shedeur anymore as to why they're sticking with DG. Stefanski isn't trusted by the locals with what he's saying.

This is how bad it is: it was noticed by local media that, even when asked questions specific to Shedeur and his development, Stefanski won't even address the question about him and won't even say Shedeur's name, at all, even after multiple Shedeur-specific questions Tony Grossi, a local beat writer known for having no love for Shedeur, is now calling for him to start. He also reported that in the locker-room the Browns PR team are now blocking reporters from accessing Shedeur so they can't question him. Check the below video out at timestamp 1:26. The clip is only 5 minutes so I suggest to watch the whole thing because you'll see Stefanski get tied in knots when asked a Shedeur question and you can see him strain to not address Shedeur much less say his name. It's amazing to see:

Put aside whatever anyone thinks about the draft and look at what's happening now. I think it's obvious that the coaching staff wanted Gabriel and not Sheduer. That coaching staff is rightly giving Gabriel the opportunity. I think it's probably already over, but they don't and that's all that matters.

No Sir, the Browns fans DO have a say, and you're gonna see it this Sunday. They're already speaking with $6 ticket prices, boycott vows, and vows to boo. So I respectfully disagree, that's not all that matters, and this isn't going away anytime soon. There's a lot questions that will need to be answered WHEN Sheduer plays well when he gets his opportunity, and a lot of false narratives that will need to be openly confronted by the media and the NFL (not just the Browns). The NFL owners are gonna learn a lesson in all of this; that they can't control everything.

Also, the Browns players matter as well. Many are leaking to local media individuals about how much better Sheduer looked in camp, and in practices with the little reps he got. They're not talking to the Browns media mouthpiece's like Toni Grassi and Many Kay Cabot because a lot of the false narratives are being pushed by those two. They're texting locals like Garret Bush (aka GBush) about how sick and tired they are about what's going on, about how they feel Sheduer give them the better chance to win, and how there's a division in the FO and coaches about Sheduer and if he should start against the Ravens. The Browns have been doing a good job of keeping things quiet (about the only good job they've done so far).

So when you say that the coaching staff wanted Gabriel and not Sheduer it's not totally true. Stefanski wanted Gabriel, the GM and other un-named coaches wanted Sheduer. It is widely believed that Stefanski personably don't like Sheduer, at all. I think at the end of all of this the NFL will need to face how they handle players.

A lot of fans want to start Mac Jones, but in the NFL the Head Coach gets what he wants in relation to who goes onto the field. I hope it's not personal, Stefanski doesn't strike me as that kind of coach, but who knows. The one thing Shedeur does that coaches all hate, is continual deep dropping in the face of pressure, leads to huge sacks and drive killers. Shedeur will get his shot as Gabriel isn't the dude, but he's going to have to wait, as are the fans, players and un-named coaches.

El oh el. Rough day for the guy.
I thought he ultimately played fairly well, but the pick probably cost them the game. Gabriel is the better option for them if the goal is to play stifling defence and not take any risks. Sheduer will at least make them watchable.

Wait he played today? I was told the white man was keeping him down and wouldn't allow that to happen?

Oh, I'm, here. Tell me, How many reps did Shedeur get with the 1st team, or even the 2nd team? And even with the pick Shedeur STILL looked better than DG. Dillan don't even look like an NFL QB with ALL the reps. But Shedeur at least look like an NFL QB even with NO reps. Shedeur said that his pass to Jerry Jeudy was the first time he even through a pass to him, EVER!!

Hell, the O-line said that they never heard Shedeur's cadence. The fact that Shedeur got no practice reps at all at no time during the regular season, and the O-line never heard Shedeur's cadence, yet still looked better than DG speaks volumes, about a lot of things. The play-call looked VASTLY different with Shedeur in the game than DG.

So, I'm ready for the smoke
