S. Sanders isn't the first player to fall in the draft due to character concerns. Imagine an employer passing on an every day Joe because they are a "bad fit".![]()
One things for sure is that NYG looks like they made the right decision with Dart.
Character concerns? What character concerns? There have no reports about Shadeur having poor character. No previous players, or even the press has ever reported Shadeur having poor character. All reports speak to how good and humble of a person he is, and God-fearing he is. So please, enlighten us on the character concerns.
He seemingly failed every team interview he had. That's hard to do. Kind of like a "do you know who i am" attitude. He's a hard pass.
Do you think he should have been picked over Dart?
Hell, even d. Gabriel moved the offense down the field better than Sanders did.
How do you fail a team interview?
Maybe Solomon Thomas and Ruben Foster aced their 49ers team interview, But P. Mahomes failed his 49er interview?
I don't know. Maybe he nailed every team interview and still fell to the 5th round? What does that say about how he was valued?
To ask that question is to assumes a fair and impartial process to begin with, coming from an entity that has been proven to be unfair, partial, and full of agendas.
Open question to all: why isn't the NFL suing Eric Dickerson regarding his claims?
Can I ask you a question, why do you think Sanders fell all the way to the 5th round then?
Obviously you haven't read anything I've posted on this topic. Otherwise you wouldn't have asked that question.
Obviously I have never responded to you on this topic which is why I'm asking?

I was simply addressing the redundancy of your question. I'll say this again, I am a fan of Shedeur because I was a bigger fan of his father who helped us win a SB. So yes, I do want to see him succeed. But it's kind of hard to do so when your employer really didn't want you in the first place. No, I've never lived in Colorado much less went to their school. But I think it's equally intellectually "silly" (your word) to imply that someone has to have some geographical tie in order to advocate that they be handled fairly. My comprehension stains to find the purpose of that assertion other than to find an excuse dismiss one's position, which is, well, intellectually lazy.
