Somebody sell me on his defensive coordinator experience. I get he has exp as a head coach but looking at his resume he''s only been a DC twice for 1 year each?

Just great. Another one and done coordinator that will feed off of Kyle's success. Bitter sweet moment. I think he's a good one but he's head coach material which means we'll lose him after one or two seasons.

Not that he is infallible, but the same guy who hired Wilks, also hired Saleh and Demeco.
