I do not care about people praising Justin Fields over Trey Lance because I'm still glad we didn't draft Mac Jones.

Lol no he was not. Man stop making stuff up.
All of Fields points came off massive penalties. Fields had 120 yards (one massive play off a broken coverage) we gave them 100 yards.

using first take to prove anything is incredibly lame.
agreed with all of this.
i liked lance over fields though, and i think that will be proven out correct in the long term.
Yea I liked both guys. Liked Fields a little better due to the fact that he did work versus top tier talent. At the end of the game I wasn't thinking oh my god we made a horrible mistake taking Lance over Fields.
one thing fields has over lance is that he's faster, nothing trey can do about that.
but trey needs to take a page from fields book and SLIDE

Well stop committing penalties. That's like saying "trey lance only completed that long pass because the bears turned it over".. yeah bro, that's football.. that's how it works.

It was 1000% a blown coverage. No reason Greenlaw needed to leave to go pursue.

Yeah Fields was willing to miss out on an extra yard to not get hit in theory. With our s**t for brains linebackers he still got hit. But he knows to get down

And to hear them say he's not josh allen, he's not athletic, and he doesn't have the arm talent makes me cringe. I'm chalking this loss up to the penalties and weather and Lance's growing pains. But damn if he plays like hell next week against a s**tty seaheaks team at home? Heads are going to roll. But i can see more excuses next week
"Divisional games are always tough"
"Pete always plays us tough"
Without 100 yards of stupid penalties they wouldn't have score a single TD.
Where were you every game Jimmy through a "lame" INT? Literally his first f**king game as the starter and you're trying to compare him to a guy that been in the league for 8 yrs….that's the problem with the constant debate.
SF wasn't winning that game with Jimmy all the same.
who gives a f**k what anyone on those stupid shows say? Stephen A Smith said he expects the Raiders to score more points then any team in the AFCW THEN picked the chargers to win. They're f**king idiots, listening to them make you dumber.
Good QBs take time to become that.
We used 3 first round picks for a guy to win these types of games. We may as well stick with Jimmy if we are going to get a guy who throws lame picks and can't throw in the rain. Last I checked, Josh allen was throwing bullets in s**tty weather. Shouldn't be an excuse.
I'm so sick of this Jimmy has eight years experience crap. Jimmy had 2 full seasons. You keep talking about actual game snaps are needed. Jimmy didn't have 8 years. It's 2 full years for Jimmy. Your bias is showing.

Blown because Fields escaped pressure and was a potential threat as a runner.. see how that works? Greenlaw didn't get lost on his own.

pettis was literally just standing there. there should have been a defender occupying that area of the field.
guys this isn't difficult to understand

Our TD did come after a 3rd and 3 neutral zone infraction from the Bears. So we scored 3 without the help from their penalties if we're going to use that

Lance did have a HUGE advantage with field position all day. Couldn't do s**t. One mistake by deebo wasn't on him though.

Because Greenlaw dashed after Fields assuming he was going to scramble. Even then, he threw across the field with a soaked football in a downpour. If that was Tre Lance you guys would be lining up to sing his praises.

its an added benefit of sliding, you do it 5 times and there's a good chance you'll draw a flag. trey will never get a flag trying to barrel through people
