fans are just overreacting to negotiation tactics. There is still plenty of time to get this done.

i felt pretty good about staying out of this thread for as long as i did.. once i got in. i knew what i was capable of doing .. i really was like 85,,, i do not care what deebo did with taking pics down.. i guess i lashed out at those who thought it was bad. and then got a little worked up when i saw people actually post things like deebo was only good for a few months. kyle can get anyone to do what deebo can do. deebo needs to go. lets keep bosa and not deebo. once that started.. hard to stop.lol. i hope there is . as you said. stuff going on behind the scene ,,,.. oh.. i think the biggest thing that made me melt down in this thread was a couple of guys saying we could tag him.... oh.... of all the things... the . TAG thing. even the mere mention of it,, makes me really really crazy

question is how much should he be paid?Nobody knows what we offered and how much he's asking for.

Also, I defer to Kyle on this one. He knows how much Deebo truly means to his offense going forward, and whether or not he can continue a great offensive production, with or without Deebo.

i defer to kyle more than i do lynch . i just do not think kyle can go grab a wide out like he can a running back and make magic with it. deebo is special
But how special in terms of dollars?

Is he as valuable here in Kyle's system as he would be to others around the league, that use WR in a more traditional sense?

Also, you think Kyle is not going to have a say in whether or not we keep Deebo? Lynch might not even have much say it will most likely be Kyle and Paarage doing most of the decision making, with Kyle having last word lol
Obviously negotiating is going on and he's not yet pleased with the offer. He is simply using social media as a tool. Personally not thrilled with it and I could never see someone like Kittle removing the 9ers from his accounts but Deeb must feel I am a star but you use me to block. You put me in difficult situations at times. You want me to be a YAC machine because your QB sucked (past tense). I'm certain he wants 9ers more than anything but he's not dumb. What he did makes bad press and makes his point loud and clear while being silent.

Nothing personal. It's business now pay me. I want to be here.

like i said.. i defer to kyle... he knows how big deebo is and i am sure he will communicate that to lynch in no uncertain terms

well . before social media... steve young and joe used the locker room and a super eager media as a tool to push their narrative not caring if it led to a divided locker room...bill let it go and was an enabler.. that is much much worse than what deebo did in my opinion
I'm still traumatized from the Deforest Buckner trade. The results didn't turn out too well either. Yeah! Let's do it again and develop a player on the IR for a few years.
If it's Bosa or Deebo. Bosa, not even a question.

You make it seem like Deebo doesn't have to work hard to get open. As if Shanahan is exclusively the reason why Deebo had a pro bowl season. Deebo has worked his ass off. Sure Shanahan is a great schemer but he isn't some magician that can get a player wide open on every play.

This is Buckner all over again. Why are we so dumb. Sign heeeeem 4 years 90 mil 75 guaranteed. By 2025 it will look incredibly cheap. Other teams do this. We can too.

It's April he will get paid

Nope not at all. I love me some Deebo. I know he's a damn good player. All-Pro proves that. Just playing devils advocate.

all things will be considered during contract negotiations. To think otherwise is foolish.

Yup. Make him play this year out then tag his ass! We can get at least three more season out of him and Kyle will run him 12x a game too! 😂

No its Bosa, its easier to hit on a wr than to hit on a edge
Soooo this whole Trey Lance situation continues to workout how I thought. They had no plan when the trade was made and it's obvious they have got themselves stuck with the JG situation.
The whole trading the figure for a qb on rookie contract doesn't work if you can't get rid of the other.

Also, as I've been saying, these players know that Trey is going to struggle. Deebo WILL NOT PLAY WITHOUT AN EXTENSION because he knows the offense is going to be awful when teams figure out that Trey cannot play from the pocket. The only way Deebo will get the consistently is handoffs and the defense will sit on that.
Deebo is going to have to be way overpaid to stay.

Btw it's hilarious to see NYNiner in here acting like he knows exactly what's going to happen. Same way he was in the JG trade value thread, same he said Lance would start early, Mac Jones couldn't play, etc. Have some humility till you get something right

Obviously if I had two choose between the two I'd go Bosa.

We have a bad track record regarding drafting WRs though. Our last All Pro WR drafted was TO, IIRC. So, not as easy as you make it seem.
