This mofo. He griped and griped to get more money. Aiyuk is playing better and looks like the better receiver. Gets open more often it seems. With Jennings, Aiyuk, Kittle and CMC...should they trade Deebo for a first in 2023?

This gave me a chuckle.

hes still the best with the ball in his hand.

Not nearly as well as last season.

He's not got the ball in his hand enough to matter though right now. With CMC on the team now we do not need a wide back. AT ALL. The 49ers need high end receiving options and for him to get open.

If he can't get open then he is not bringing as much value to the team. I say trade him while his vue is high. Get us a first rounder and maybe a second and move on. Aiyuk, Jennings, Gray, Kittle, CMC. Plenty of people to catch the rock.

I question how much you can get for a receiver "that can't get open". If you had traded him last year his value would hav ebeen higher. Ther drop in production thus year may have hurt his trade value.

EXACTLY why I threw the idea of trading him during the off season instead of giving him the 20 to 25 million .. but oh well, I hope he continues to be a great GADGET for the team..

the moment I saw him laughing at the background when Jett was yellin " WE GONE!! WE GONE !! "... that was the time I knew DEEVAH should just to as well.. you don't laugh AND support a player who's done nothing but collect money and act like he couldn't wait til he's out of SF..

like they say,Birds of a feather flock together !!
  • Hes starting to look like a contract player to me. Played at a high level on contract year got his bag and took a back seat, appears to not run with same authority as last year will pick it back up in 2024 final yr of contract this is what Lynch was fearing

No. That's a terrible idea. Even without the ball the defense has to account for him and it affects the game. He is a game changer and we absolutely need him down the road for the playoff push and future years.

It's a great idea. He is bringing no value to the team because we have enough receiving options. He isn't a burner. He doesn't run the best routes but he is tough. Tough doesn't warrant that contract. I hope someone else will trade for it.

100% never wanted to pay him. He's ok but he's not Justin Jefferson, he's not Jamar Chase, he's not Stephen Diggs. I mean come on, his value was the wide back. I say move him
He's clutch. More so than any other receiver on the team. They are going to have to do some things to.open it up a bit for him, but trading him doesn't help the team at all. Lean on CMC, Aiyuk, and Mitchell for now. Let defenses forget about Deebo and dial up plays that will be open based on the focus on him.

It think it's still too early to say whether he is a contract player. It can be addressed at the end of the season. If he doesn't show up for the playoffs then yeah I would entertain trading him. I still think even with the down year we can still get a 1st.

TRUST ME.. he'll have several great games.. but like I said before, he's a better PERCY HARVIN.. he's not a real WR.. if KC or Kojak will give us a 1st, or even a 2nd and a 3rd, it's all worth it.. allow him to be ALL PRO there, but we have Lil Mack and his screws are tighter than DEEVA's !!

Why would we want to make KC an even better team? That doesn't make sense.
You can say that teams are commiting to stopping him that's part of the reason but the guy just doesn't look like same player, 2tds so far this season? It looks like he turns it on once or twice in a game and then shut it down. I question whether this guy is even the best wr on the team?
