Bro, you already know when the games count, Deebo is going straight to Kyle and demanding the ball by any means necessary. Once those competitive juices get flowing and he's around his brothers, he's going to do whatever it takes to win. Deebo is a dog and an elite competitor. Let's not forget that.

Then what is he crying about? Dogs and elite competitors always want the ball in their hands; not less usage. We'll see once he gets paid. I've already seen your son show up for camp out of shape; let's not forget that too

I mean I haven't heard Deebo himself say he wants the ball less, have you? The majority of the stuff that fans are microanalyzing is hearsay or rumors.

Two more months and the Deebo extension crisis will finally come to a conclusion.

True. Why do you think he requested a trade so early then? Can't just be about money when you don't even give time for negotiations. He hasn't even rescinded the request yet
Deebo is awesome and a great player but paying a guy who is trying to dictate terms of his usage is not good for the team (especially when the usage in question is what makes him worth the high salary he desires).

I hope KS & Deebo can figure this part out before any extension.

How is Deebo worth more?

Terry 3yr avg - 74 catch, 1030 yds, 5 Td
Deebo - 56 catch, 866 yds, 3 Tds

These are receiving numbers. Deebo of course has some rush numbers mostly 2021. Course, if he doesn't want to be wideback, which is the word I heard, that doesn't factor much going forward.

Keep in mind Terry been doing all his with no real QBs. And no Shanny. Even if you don't like Wentz. I do think it's a QB upgrade from what they had.

Who was 1st team all pro?
Right. Terry is a good wr but most of his numbers come when the WFT is getting blown out

I went back and figured out the numbers at a per game basis, since Deebo missed a significant amount of games in 2020, and Terry's numbers were still better. These are just pure receiving numbers and does not reflect Deebo or Terry's rushing numbers.

Deebo
68 yards per game
4 receptions per game
.26 td's per game
2.68 1d's per game

Terry
67 yards per game
5 receptions per game
.35 td's per game
3.06 1d's per game

Even with these numbers, I would still take Deebo over Terry for the simple fact that Deebo has put this team on his back and won important games for us.

I've never been so back-and-forth with a player. At first I was like he's our best weapon....we can't let him go so pay him whatever. Then I was like hmmmm multiple firsts (when they were rumored) didn't sound bad. I convinced myself he probably would get hurt anyway. Then I was back to paying the man. Now I just don't care. I want the drama to be done with

Deebo's a better player down to his versatility, but I would say that Terry Is a better receiver. I also think Terry has more longevity due to Deebo's style of play.

I guess he didn't demand the ball In the NFCCG since he didn't touch the ball In the 4th Q with almost 13 minutes remaining.

Terry can have have a long productive career and never even sniff the playoffs let alone a SB. Good for him. Deebo is the type of player that gives you everything he has every down and has played a significant role in getting us to and through the playoffs. I would rather have Deebo for 6 years than Terry for 16.

You think Deebo would sniff the playoffs playing for that mess of a team? I'm happy with Have Deebo too, especially since he seems perfect for Kyle's type of offense, but let's not take anything away from Terry either. It's crazy to think that we could have had them both.

Did you not see Deebo carry this offense last season into and through the post season? When Jimmy and the run game weren't getting it done who is the guy that Kyle leaned on?

I am not trying to take anything away from Terry but Deebo is a different breed of player.

Why does it matter how Deebo gets his yardage? Why is Terry a "better" receiver? Is it because you have a preconceived notion of what a WR is and Deebo is breaking that mold? End of the day it's just be about yards, clutch 3rd downs and TDs. Miss me with this better receiver crap he's a 1st team all pro and had arguably the best CB in the game name Deebo after Devante Adams and Tyreek Hill as the best receivers in the game.

You think that would be possible without Kyle? What If Kittle was Injured? Deebo played a huge part but let's not get carried away. The rest of the team did their thing too.

I don't care about out they get their yards. I'm not taking anything away from Deebo. He's an elite talent. I'm Just saying, that personally for me, Terry Is a better receiver. Put him In this Offense with Kyle scheming him open and we'd see how good he really Is.
