Dude is the archetype of the position on our defense, and we haven't found our "Michael Bennet" yet, It wouldn't hurt. But definitely draft his replacement to play behind him and learn from him and take over by end of year. Give him a 1-2 yr. deal, and draft his successor.

Shoot Bennett can probably play 1T lol. He can play anywhere really.

I highly doubt Seattle is just gonna let him walk. But ya if they do sign him to a one year- incentive heavy- contract. He's a good player.

Michael Bennett fits that description.
Good player but is he worth the baggage. His game is speed, not strength. At some point those things go away, often quickly and without warning.

I'm all for paying for proven pass rushers, which he is. There skill set doesn't diminish even as they age (see Peppers, Harrison). Did it for Dumervil so I don't see why they wouldn't if he's let go.
