I have no doubt in my mind the Cowboys would have at the minimum won 2 if not 3 more championships if he wouldn't have been fired.

Cowboys, easily. That Dallas roster was still stacked for years to come, a roster that Johnson had single-handedly built and coached. The 49ers had a bunch of aging, injured guys on their way out. Harbaugh staying wouldn't have healed Pat's foot or made Justin Smith any younger and Aldon any less crazier.
I think JJ could have won at least another couple of SBs so I am glad that Jerry pushed him out when he did. Dallas lost both their championship HC and GM at the same time when he left.

Some how this thread reminds me of one thing— keep and maintain good talent on D.
Our D in 2011 already had the personnel. Credit Fangio putting guys in the right place and emphasis around Justin Smith. Once that dude got old and retired, everything else unraveled. Our suckage directly correlate to losing defensive personnel talent.
