In my opinion it was the Raiders, when in the end your former coach beats you in the super bowl well...
We are second, at least the Cowboys had a plan and won another super bowl with Johnson's replacement.

Let me be clear. I hated and still hate losing Harbaugh. But my god Johnson build the cowboys to a powerhouse. Jones made a huge mistake letting jimmy go.

Cowboys would have won 2 or 3 more Super Bowls if they hadn't fired Jimmy.

I went with Raiders. After that it's Jimmy.
HarROMAN was doomed
After Roman burned down the 49ers he would have burned down Harbaugh's house.
Harbaugh not firing Roman made Baalke's bs look rational.

None of these compare to the 90's Cowboys situation.
Jerry Jones' ego made a mistake of gigantic proportions when he fired Jimmy Johnson and it isn't even close. It's a fair argument to make that in winning one more Super Bowl and getting to another NFC title game that the Cowboys underachieved. Good thing Jones did make that mistake, we will never know what would have happened if he hadn't fired Johnson, but I'll happily take #5 after he did.
Jim Harbaugh is lucky he got out of here when he did. Due to Baalke's ineptness the trend in the roster was that it was on the decline and not even Harbaugh could have made that s*** show look good. He came in at the right time (for us) and was pushed out at the right time (for him).
John Gruden got jobbed in Oakland, more so by parties outside of Al Davis, but Al still made a mistake by trading Gruden away. Maybe he could not have foreseen Super Bowl 37, but he still should have held on to Chucky. Karma is a b***h sometimes.

Jerry thought he was the architect of the Cowboys and he wanted everyone to know it. In the early days I'm surprised he didn't come down from the luxury box and coach the team himself. Gruden is another matter, coaching for Al Davis is a tough proposition. Lastly Coach Harbaugh, it's so difficult to build a winner and to throw it away over the owners' and GMs' egos is disgraceful. We are left talking about a team winning 1 game like it is the start of a great deal.

Right now it's the raiders. After 2002, they haven't won a playoff game and they only appeared in 4 playoff games since they fired Chucky.
The Cowboys were still a powerhouse between 1994-1996. They could've won a couple more SB's during that time. But when Jimmy went to Miami, he didn't do s**t with that team.
The 49ers had a sinking ship. They had Baalke calling the shots. Harbaugh would have won a few more games in the past 3 years but the team would still suffer.

I have no idea how Harbaugh makes the playoffs with Baalke's draft failures. It definitely puts this franchise in Buffalo Bills mode where we win just enough games to keep us from a total rebuild, which was needed.

considering JH won more games in 4 seasons than this organization won in 10 seasons pre and post harbaugh, i'd say letting JH go was a pretty big mistake.

Harbaugh is completely overrated. He won with another guys personnel. He belongs in the college game where his rah rah nonsense has a better shelf life. The raiders made a huge mistake and it came back and bit them right square in the ass.

the 49ers won 8 games since he left.....Harbaugh won 8 games IN HIS WORST SEASON--a season ravished with injuries and with a retarded QB. What a Baalkian statement.
